Clinical Observation Of Huangdi Internal Acupuncture Combined With Cognitive Rehabilitation Training For The Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical treatment effect of Huang Di Nei Acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training for mild cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Methods: Sixty patients with mild cognitive dysfunction after stroke who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,30 patients in each group were treated with conventional medical basic treatment + cognitive rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with Huang Di Nei Zu,once a day for 45 minutes each time,for 2weeks as a course of treatment,for 6 consecutive courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients in both groups were scored by the Simple Intelligence Scale(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),and the Ability to Perform Daily Living Scale(ADL),and the differences between the pre-treatment and post-treatment periods were compared using appropriate statistical methods.Results: 1.Comparison of general data: There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,disease duration,and literacy level between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which were comparable.2.The comparison of pre-treatment MMSE scores,Mo CA scores,and ADL scores was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)and was comparable.3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: MMSE score,Mo CA score,and ADL score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);comparison within the two groups: MMSE score,Mo CA score,and ADL score after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion(s): 1.cognitive rehabilitation training can improve cognitive ability and improve self-care ability of life in mild cognitive dysfunction after stroke;2,Huangdi internal acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training treatment can improve patients’ cognitive ability and improve self-care ability more effectively than cognitive rehabilitation training alone,which has positive significance to improve patients’ quality of life;3,Huangdi internal acupuncture treatment is safe and effective,without adverse reactions.
