Professor Qiao Yun’s Experience In The Treatment Of Acute Attack Of Childhood Asthma With Acupoint Application

Objective: The data mining method was used to analyze the acupoint selection rule of Professor Qiao Yun’s acupoint application in the treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma,summarize its clinical experience,and provide ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,this study screened children with asthma who visited Hongkang Renjitang TCM Hospital from September 2020 to December 2022.Enter the collected and sorted medical record information into Microsoft Office Excel 2019 to establish a database,use relevant data mining software to conduct frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,mine the general information of medical records,acupoint use frequency,acupoint prescription,acupoint meridian tropism,etc.,and analyze and discuss the data mining results in combination with Professor Qiao Yun’s actual clinical situation,To explore the acupoint selection rule of Professor Qiao Yun’s acupoint application in the treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma,and summarize its treatment experience.Results: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,this study screened children with asthma who visited Hongkang Renjitang TCM Hospital from September 2020 to December 2022.Enter the collected and sorted medical record information into Microsoft Office Excel 2019 to establish a database,use relevant data mining software to conduct frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,mine the general information of medical records,acupoint use frequency,acupoint prescription,acupoint meridian tropism,etc.,and analyze and discuss the data mining results in combination with Professor Qiao Yun’s actual clinical situation,To explore the acupoint selection rule of Professor Qiao Yun’s acupoint application in the treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma,and summarize its treatment experience.Conclusion:1.Professor Qiao Yun believes that "wind and phlegm block collaterals,phlegm and blood stasis entrap the lung" is the core pathogenesis of childhood asthma,and childhood asthma is actually "lung and nose disease".2.Professor Qiao Yun’s acupoint application in the treatment of acute attack of children’s asthma,from acupoint to acupoint application,is closely related to the pathogenesis,and the treatment method of "expelling wind and clearing collaterals,clearing phlegm and removing blood stasis" and "treating lung and nose together" runs through the whole process.3.Professor Qiao Yun advocates the selection of acupoints based on syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation.The acupoints are less and more precise,and can be increased or decreased flexibly according to the symptoms.Apply "Feishu,Tanzhong,Shenque,Kongji,Neiguan and Tiantu" as the main acupoints,and add Zhongwan and Tianshu to those with cough and phlegm in the throat and food accumulation;Enlarged vertebral body in patients with obvious superficial symptoms;Quchi should be added for those with dry stool and turbid nose;For those with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,or low immunity,or asthma,add qi to the sea and Zusanli;Asthma can be calmed.4.Professor Qiao Yun advocates the use of acupoint stickers for syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation,attaches importance to concurrent symptoms and children’s physique,and makes good use of acupoint stickers.During treatment,the main syndrome should be identified first.Cold asthma should be treated with cold asthma paste,hot asthma should be treated with hot asthma paste,and cold asthma paste and hot asthma paste should be used together for patients with external cold and internal heat syndrome.For the secondary syndrome,for the children with asthma with accumulation,apply the Xiaoshi Paste to eliminate the accumulation and stagnation,so as to eliminate the aggravating or inducing factors of asthma;For children with asthma with fever and severe nasal congestion and runny nose,apply rhinitis patch to the symptoms to strengthen the function of lung and nose to achieve the same treatment of lung and nose;For those with deficiency of lung and spleen,they should often be given an extra patch to supplement the lung and spleen,so as to strengthen the children’s resistance and prevent the recurrence of asthma.
