Clinical Experience Summary And Medication Rule Study Of Chief Physician Lin Caizhi In The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer

Objective:This study systematically sorted out chief physician Lin Caizhi’s syndrome differentiation and medication thoughts in the treatment of gastric cancer,and carried out data mining on medication rules with the help of statistical software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)",and summarized from the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,prescription medication and other aspects,so as to provide objective data support for chief physician Lin Caizhi’s clinical experience and medication rules in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:1.Collect and summarize the clinical learning records,notes and clinical medical cases related to the treatment of gastric cancer by chief physician Lin Cazhi,summarize the treatment ideas and clinical experience of syndrome differentiation for gastric cancer by chief physician Lin Cazhi,and trace the origin of his thoughts by combining with the comparative study of TCM classics and literatures related to the treatment of gastric cancer.2.Collect and summarize the clinical learning records,notes and clinical medical cases related to the treatment of gastric cancer by chief physician Lin Cazhi,summarize Lin’s syndrome differentiation and clinical experience in the treatment of gastric cancer,and trace the origin of Lin’s academic thought by combining with the comparative study of TCM classics,literature and medical books related to the treatment of gastric cancer.The clinical experience of chief physician Lin Caizhi in treating gastric cancer was systematically summarized and summarized.Results:Clinical experience of Director Lin Caizhi in treating gastric cancer:(1)From the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis,Lin believed that the study of gastric cancer in TCM was nothing more than cold coagulation,blood stasis and phlegm formation,and the main pathogenesis was due to deficiency of origin and loss of spleen health transport.Clinical treatment was combined with syndrome differentiation.(2)On the main points of syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer,Lin pointed out that the symptoms should be treated urgently and the root causes should be treated slowly;Pay attention to stomach qi;Differentiation of syndrome and deficiency.(3)In terms of treatment,Lin often uses both symptoms and root causes of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.Under the premise of holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Lin emphasizes "fuzheng to dispel evil".On the basis of drugs used to strengthen spleen and qi,he chooses anti-cancer drugs,removing blood stasis,eliminating phlegm and dispelling cold.(4)Under the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Liujunzi Decoction was used to nourish qi and consolidate the root,Yiwei Decoction to nourish Yin and the stomach,and Danshen decoction to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment with moxibustion to adjust a Yang qi,attract more fire to the life gate.Summary of drug use rules of Director Lin Caizhi in the treatment of gastric cancer: "TCM Inheritance Computer System(V3.0)" and "IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0" were used to summarize,make statistics and analyze the collected data,and the following results were obtained:(1)In terms of drug frequency analysis,a total of 175 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,with a total of 2172 flavors.It was concluded that the high-frequency drugs(frequency ≥100 times)were poria cocos,pinellia,atractylodes Rhizome and Rhizome rhizome.There were 47 TCM with frequency ≥10 times.(2)Analysis of drug efficacy frequency distribution: 18 kinds of drugs,such as Tonic drugs(24.87%),clearing heat(14.83%),reducing phlegm,relieving cough and antiasthmatic(12.60%).(3)The main manifestations of drug channel conversion were spleen channel(20.09%),stomach channel(18.80%),lung channel(17.02%),liver channel(14.09%),heart channel(10.75%),kidney channel(7.91%).(4)From the analysis of four Qi and five tastes,the four qi were mainly warm(33.40%),cold(33.92%)and flat(28.61%),while the five tastes were sweet(37.97%),bitter(30.88%)and octine(21.51%).(5)Interpretation of prescription rules based on association rule analysis,through atractylodes.Conclusions:In the treatment of gastric cancer,chief physician Lin Caizhi concluded that the etiology of gastric cancer was caused by cold coagulation,blood stasis and phlegm nodulation,and spleen dyskinesis was the main pathogenesis.There are 6 types of syndrome differentiation: deficiency of qi and blood,qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency of spleen and kidney Yang,disharmony between liver and stomach,phlegm-dampness coagulation,and deficiency of stomach and Yin.The clinical syndroms are respectively invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,warming spleen and kidney,soothing liver and stomach,regulating qi and removing phlegm,and nourishing stomach and Yin.Evil in the injury of positive qi,so in treatment pay attention to the principle of "dispelling vil to Fuzheng".Chief Physician Lin Caizhi mainly used drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer,such as tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,reducing phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,relieving food,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation,there is a syndrome is a drug,along
