Objective:To explore the effects of ear holographic scraping on the level of kinesiophobia, pain degree, lumbar function, anxiety and depression of patients with kinesiophobia after lumbar disc herniation surgery, and to provide reference for the follow-up study of the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in kinesiophobia. Methods:A total of 72 patients with kinesiophobia after minimally invasive lumbar fusion who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a Third Grade First Class Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects, and all of them signed informed consent voluntarily.Using SPSS 21.0 statistical software, the included study subjects were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. All enrolled patients received routine spinal surgery treatment and nursing care after surgery, including postoperative functional exercise, dietary care, psychological care, health education, etc. On this basis, the observation group was given ear holographic copper criticism scraping therapy once a day for 40 minutes each time, with a total of 5 interventions. The level of kinesiophobia, pain degree, lumbar function and hospital anxiety and depression were evaluated before and after intervention for 5 times,so as to explore the clinical effect of ear holographic Tongbian scraping on patients who with kinesiophobia after lumbar disc herniation.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data before intervention: There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of general data, tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK)score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese orthopedic association(JOA)score, hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS-A and HADS-D)score,and they were balanced and comparable.(2)Comparison of TSK scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: After intervention, the TSK scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inter group comparison: After intervention, the TSK score of the observation group patients(34.58±2.61)was lower than that of the control group(38.06±2.97),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.272,P<0.05).(3)Comparison of VAS scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: After intervention, the VAS scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inter group comparison: After intervention, the VAS score of the observation group patients(2.36±0.54)was lower than that of the control group(3.06±0.67),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.473,P<0.05).(4)Comparison of JOA scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: After intervention, the JOA scores of both groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inter group comparison: After intervention, the JOA score of the observation group patients(19.86±2.10)was higher than that of the control group(16.69±1.56),and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.257,P<0.05).(5)Comparison of HADS-A scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: After intervention, the HADS-A scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inter group comparison: After intervention, the HADS-A score of the observation group patients(7.36±1.31)was lower than that of the control group(8.81±1.53),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.304,P<0.05).(6)Comparison of HADS-D scores:(1)Intra-group comparison: After intervention, the HADS-D scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Inter group comparison: After intervention, the HADS-D score of the observation group patients(6.94±0.98)was lower than that of the control group(8.03±1.32),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.948,P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the conventional treatment and nursing of the control group, ear holographic scraping has a more significant therapeutic effect on reducing the level of kinesiophobia in patients with postoperative kinesiophobia of lumbar disc herniation, alleviating pain, promoting lumbar functional recovery, and improving patients’ anxiety and depression.
