Research On The Pension Model Of "Combining Medical Care And Nursing Care" In Y City Development Zone

The combination of medical care and elderly care is a relatively novel pension model,which can not only cope with the severe trend of population aging,but also ensure the disease treatment and health of the elderly,providing a new guarantee for the diversified pension service needs of the elderly.At present,although Y City Development Zone has carried out the pension mode of "combining medical care with nursing care",there are still some deficiencies on the whole,which restrict its development.From the characteristics of the "combination of medical care" elderly care mode and the actual situation of Y City Development Zone,it is of great significance to continuously improve the "combination of medical care" pension mode.Therefore,under the current situation,it is necessary to study the optimization of the "combination of medical care" pension mode in Y City Development.In this paper,on the basis of medical combined with pension mode,the Y city development zone medical combined with pension mode is introduced,from the service standard,service resources and service participation three angles expounds the Y city development zone medical combined with pension mode,and analyzes the Y city development zone medical combined with pension mode in service standard defined fuzzy,service form and resource allocation imbalance and service source of social participation.Through interviews and questionnaires,we found the causes of the problems of the“Combination of medical and nursing care” model in Y city development zone,which were divided into three points: lack of unified standards and norms,implementation accountability system,low level of service management,and insufficient participation of social forces and the construction of pension culture.On this basis,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the "combination of medical care" pension model in Y City development Zone,and designs the specific optimization direction and the overall architecture of the optimization scheme on the basis of clarifying the objectives and principles of the optimization scheme.The specific optimization scheme of the combination of medical care is proposed from the three perspectives of the service resources and management of the service participation of the combination of medical and elderly care mode.Finally,the organizational guarantee,fund guarantee,talent guarantee and cultural guarantee are proposed to promote the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of combining medical care and elderly care model in Y City development Zone.
