Objectives:1.Describe the current status of acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring.2.Analyze the influencing factors of acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring.3.To explore the potential categories and characteristics of acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring, and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of personalized nursing interventions. Methods:This is a cross-sectional study.A convenient sampling method was used to select 233 ICU survivors hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from January 2022 to December 2022,and questionnaire surveys were conducted on the subjects who met the inclusion criteria, including the General Information Questionnaire, the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire, the Simple Coping Style Scale, the Resilience Scale, the Comprehension Social Support Scale, and the Acute Physiological and Chronic Health Status Scoring System.SPSS27.0 was used for data processing and statistical analysis, general demographic data, disease data and the results of the current situation of each scale were descriptively analyzed using mean ± standard deviation, median, quartile, rate or percentage, and nonparametric tests and chi-square tests were used to analyze the differences between general demographics and coping styles, psychological resilience, comprehension social support and ASD,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors ofA SD.Potential profile analysis was used to explore the classification of potential categories of acute stress disorder.Results:1.In this study,a total of 240 cases were investigated, and a total of 240 questionnaires were distributed,of which 2 cases were obviously repeated to answer regularly,4 cases were incomplete questionnaires,1 case withdrew halfway, and finally 233 valid questionnaires were completed, and the effective recovery rate of questionnaires was 97.08%.2.This study showed that among the 233 ICU survivors after transferring,112 developed acute stress disorder, the total incidence of acute stress disorder was 48.07%,the total score of ASD ranged between 11~121 points, and the median and quartile were 37.00(23.00,59.00).3.Univariate analysis showed that the age, sex, per capita monthly household income, fear of admission to the ICU,ventilation mode, use of sedative drugs, satisfaction with medical staff in the ICU,satisfaction with treatment outcomes, and disease severity were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05)。4.Taking ASD as the outcome variable, multivariate logistic analysis was performed by age, sex, per capita monthly household income, fear of admission to the ICU,ventilation mode, whether sedative drugs were used, satisfaction with medical staff in the ICU,satisfaction with treatment effect, and disease severity, and the results showed that the per capita monthly household income(OR=0.052,P=0.002),ventilation mode(OR=0.235,P=0.023),and satisfaction with medical staff in the ICU(OR=5.677,P=0.010),disease severity(OR=9.467,P=0.031),and perceived social support level(OR=0.090,P=0.039)were the influencing factors of ASD in ICU survivors after transferring.5.Analysis results of potential categories showed that acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring could be divided into 3 categories:no or mild acute stress group(52.3%),moderate acute stress group(32.2%),and high acute stress group(15.5%).Conclusions:1.ICU survivors after transferring have a higher incidence of acute stress disorder, with the highest score for dissociative symptoms.2.There were differences in the incidence of acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring with different characteristics, among which per capita monthly household income, ventilation mode, satisfaction with medical staff in the ICU,disease severity and comprehension of social support were the influencing factors of ASD in ICU survivors after transferring.3.The three potential categories of acute stress disorder in ICU survivors after transferring are specific, and according to different characteristics, targeted intervention programs can be developed to reduce the incidence of acute stress disorder in patients.
