| The aging phenomenon in China is getting increasingly serious.According to relevant data,the number of older people in China has tended to grow rapidly in recent years,which has led to the shortage of social traditional Chinese medicine treatment and health care resources.The state has successively issued corresponding policies to promote the combination of medical care and elderly care,develop a link between healthcare professionals and elderly workers and government support for the combination of healthcare professionals and elderly workers in general hospitals.For public hospitals,private hospitals have developed rapidly since the state encouraged social hospitals.To a certain extent,the competitive relationship between the two is becoming more and more significant.Therefore,for public hospitals,we must deepen reform in order to enhance their market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.In this context,public hospitals all over the country actively explore and promote the new pension model of combining medical care with nursing care,based on public medical resources,and comprehensively plan the pension and medical resources in the society,so as to help the majority of elderly groups obtain higher quality medical and health resources.This paper takes Z hospital as a case study,analyzes in detail the advantages of the combination of medical care and nursing in the hospital,and formulates strategic objectives and strategic planning,so as to provide reference for the combination of medical care and nursing in public hospitals in the future.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the combination of medical care and nursing in China,then,through the internal environment analysis of the hospital’s resources and capabilities,understand the hospital’s own situation,clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital,conduct in-depth research on the current macro environment of the hospital combined with PEST analysis method,and deeply analyze the whole industry environment combined with Porter’s five forces model,Starting with the external resources of the hospital,this paper grasps the actual situation of the hospital in the process of development.Finally,using SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on the strategic choice of the combination of medical care and nursing,and formulates strategic objectives and planning.Through in-depth analysis of the hospital’s development strategy in medical and health care services,it can provide a reference basis for solving the medical and health care problems of the aging population in China,and contribute to the realization of the healthy Chinese dream.In addition,it provides new ideas and methods for the development of secondary public hospitals,which is conducive to the formation of differentiated competition,and can help grass-roots hospitals occupy a place in the fierce market competition.In addition,to a certain extent,it can help the domestic aging population better solve the problem of medical pension and promote the healthy development of the whole pension field. |
