| Objectives To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of SHSAS by triple puncture at shoulder three needles,in order to provide theoretical basis for treatment of the disease. Methods 92 patients with SHSAS were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group. In the observation group,Jiquan point be needled at first and no needle was left in this point, then the Shoulder Three Needles be needled by the method of Triple Puncture.Quchi,Shousanli,Yangchi,Waiguan,Yangxi,Yanggu,Houxi,Hegu and Baxie(affected side)be needled with single filiform needle. In the control group, the Shoulder Three Needles were needled with single filiform needle, and the operation of the other points were the same as that of the observation group. Both groups used the uniform reinforcing-reducing method to bring about the desired sensation.Acupuncture was performed half an hour after the end of the rehabilitation training day, once a day,and retention of the needle for 30 minutes. The patients were treated 6 days a week for 4 weeks and the rest was on Sunday every week. The degree of edema,VAS and FMA were determined before and after treatment.SPSS22.0 be used to analyze the data before and after treatment, and the efficacy was evaluated after four courses of treatment. Results 1 The general data of the patients and the date before treatment were analyzed and the data showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups can be compared.2 The score of total FMA was analyzed, the two groups were compared within the group respectively showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),comparison between the two groups after treatment showed the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the scores of FMA projects was analyzed, the two groups were compared within the group respectively showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant in the data of upper limbs and wrist(P < 0.05),but the difference was no statistically significant in the data of hands(P > 0.05).3 The VAS scores of shoulder and hand were analyzed, the two groups were compared within the group respectively showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 The edema score was analyzed, the two groups were compared within the group respectively showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the difference was no statistically significant(P > 0.05).5 The total effective rate was 93.48%in the observation group and 76.08% in the control group, analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 The overall curative effect of triple puncture in shoulder three needles is superior to the single needle acupuncture method in the treatment of patients with SHSAS.2 The treatment method of triple puncture in shoulder three needles is superior to the single needle acupuncture method in terms of improving upper limb motor function of patients with SHSAS and the improvement effect was more obvious in the upper limb and wrist.3 The treatment method of triple puncture in shoulder three needles is superior to the single needle acupuncture method in terms of pain relieve of patients with SHSAS.4 The treatment method of triple puncture in shoulder three needles is similar to the single needle acupuncture method in terms of ameliorating edema of patients with SHSAS.Figure 0;Table 21;Reference 88... |
