ObjectiveTo build a training system for specialized nurses in maternal and child care based on job competencies,to provide theoretical reference for the training of specialized nurses in maternal and child care,to provide a basis for training institutions of specialized nurses of specialized maternal and child care to formulate training programs for specialized nurses of maternal and child care,and to improve the specialized nurses of maternal and child care.The quality of nurse training and the establishment of a unified training standard for specialized nurses in maternal and child care provide a reference.Methods1.Establish a draft training system for maternal and infant nursing specialist nurses based on job competency: use literature analysis and group discussion to clarify the competency characteristics of maternal and infant nursing specialist nurses,and preliminarily build a framework for the training system for maternal and infant nursing specialist nurses.Nursing specialist nurse training instructors conduct qualitative interviews,and according to the interview results,the index system is revised and supplemented to form a draft maternal and child nursing specialist nurse training system.2.Use the Delphi method to verify the reliability of the maternal and child nursing specialist nurse training system based on job competency:screen and evaluate the indicators through two rounds of expert correspondence,modify and adjust the indicator system based on expert opinions,and use the Delphi method to analyze Evaluate the positive coefficient,coordination coefficient,authority degree of experts,etc.,so as to verify the reliability of the index system,analyze the training content by using the analytic hierarchy process,clarify the weights of indicators at all levels of the training content,and finally form maternal and child care based on job competency Specialist nurse training system.Result1.Results of expert correspondence: 18 experts who met the inclusion criteria were selected for two rounds of expert correspondence.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter questionnaires was 100%,the authority coefficient Cr value was 0.88,the coordination coefficient of each index of the training system was between0.2 and 0.4,and the P value was less than 0.001.The results of the significance test showed statistical significance.,indicating that the reliability,authority,enthusiasm and credibility of the expert letter inquiry results are high.2.The maternal and child nursing specialist nurse training system constructed by Delphi method includes three parts: training target,training process and training content.Among them,the training objectives include7 indicators;the training process includes 6 first-level indicators,23second-level indicators;the training content includes 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 84 third-level indicators.The results of the first-level indicators of the training content level analysis are:theoretical knowledge(with a weight of 0.2599),practical skills(0.2599),management and coordination ability(0.0820),professional development ability(0.1382),and professional quality(0.2599).Secondary indicators include maternal nursing knowledge(weight 0.1040),maternal and infant nursing knowledge(0.1040),related professional knowledge(0.0520),prenatal and intrapartum nursing skills(0.1155),infant nursing skills(0.1155),postpartum maternal nursing skills Skills(0.0289),nursing quality and safety management ability(0.0079),ability to solve difficult nursing problems related to mother and child(0.0051),interpersonal communication and coordination ability(0.0345),emergency handling ability(0.0345),health education ability(0.0667),learning ability(0.0217),nursing research ability(0.0122),nursing teaching ability(0.0376),professional quality(0.2079),career planning and management(0.0520).The three-level indicators include nutritional management of pregnant women(weight 0.0079),psychological care of pregnant women(0.0079),and breast care of pregnant women(0.0027).ConclusionThis study uses literature analysis,qualitative interviews,and Delphi expert correspondence to construct a training system for maternal and child nursing specialist nurses based on job competency theory,including three parts: training objectives,training process,and training content.Among them,the training objectives include 7 indicators;the training process includes 6 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators;the training content includes 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 84 third-level indicators.The training system constructed in this study is scientific and practical,and can provide a reference for the training of nurses specialized in maternal and child care.
