Study On Optimization Of Logistics Service Outsourcing Mode Of A Public Hospitals In Suzhou

Hospital logistics work occupies an important position in all hospital affairs,and improving the quality of hospital logistics work can ensure the stable implementation of hospital work links and effectively improve efficiency.Hospital logistics work does not exist independently,and has a close relationship with all hospital affairs,logistics departments should actively communicate with other departments and cooperate closely.Along with the development of modern hospitals,it also puts forward higher requirements for logistics services,and urgently requires the traditional logistics service model to be reformed and innovated.However,the research found that there is still a certain degree of problems in the external process of logistics services in public hospital A in Suzhou,and there is an urgent need for targeted improvement and perfection.This study selects Suzhou A public hospital as the research object,mainly to explore the current situation of the hospital’s logistics service outsourcing and the existing shortcomings.In the study,the author firstly combed the results of previous researches,grasped the frontier dynamics in general and defined the core concepts,then combined the theoretical knowledge of principal-agent theory and other related theories,designed a set of questionnaires on the basis of previous researches,and conducted surveys and interviews with patients and medical staff of the hospital by questionnaire survey method,so as to understand more deeply their opinions and satisfaction of logistics service outsourcing in Suzhou A public hospital.We also used data software to dig deeper into the data and information obtained from the survey and interview,and pointed out the shortcomings of the survey.This thesis found that: First,the problems of outsourcing logistics services in public hospital A in Suzhou city mainly include an inadequate management system for outsourcing services,an imperfect assessment system for contracted service providers,and low service quality of outsourced personnel.Second,the reasons for these problems are mainly the lack of supervision and management of outsourcing services,the lack of substantive service evaluation system,and the lack of professional skills training.Third,in order to further solve the above problems,this thesis proposes countermeasures to improve the outsourcing of logistics services in public hospital A in Suzhou,mainly in terms of improving the supervision system of late hospital services: improving the supervision system of logistics service management,improving the construction of standardized rules and standardized management system,strengthening the construction of energy consumption monitoring system,and enriching the supervision and assessment index of outsourcing services.As for strengthening the information construction of logistics services: increase the financial investment,actively introduce and train relevant talents,and build a logistics fixed assets intelligent management platform,etc.Strengthen the quality of logistics outsourcing services: strengthen logistics cost control,strengthen the application of PDCA mechanism,and establish a standardized logistics workflow.
