| ObjectiveTo explore the factors related to anxiety and depression in pregnant women with a second child in the first trimester.Establish a psychological screening and psychological status database of pregnant women with a second child to minimize the occurrence of anxiety and depression in the early stages of pregnancy.The results of this study are publicized and educated,improve the society’s awareness of maternal psychological care,benefit the majority of patients,benefit the majority of families,and provide useful reference for the mental health care of second-child pregnant women in the first trimester.MethodsThrough a retrospective study,335 pregnant women with a second child who attended the obstetrics clinic of Shenyang Maternity and Child Hospital from April2018 to April 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and the Zung Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)and the Zung Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in the first trimester of pregnant women with second child.Statistical method: SPSS 25.0statistical software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data.The counting data were described by [example(%)],and the measurement data that did not conform to the normal distribution were expressed by the median and interquartile range.Univariate analysis of general demographic data of second-child pregnant women using rank-sum test;On the basis of 2 tests,the Bonferroni method was used to compare the incidence of anxiety and depression;The multivariate analysis used Logistic regression equation analysis,and the < 0.05 represented a statistically significant value.ResultsOf the 335 second-born pregnancies,29.6% experienced anxiety symptoms and36.1% developed depressive symptoms in the first trimester.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the education level of pregnant women,the education level of husbands,the occupation of pregnant women,the per capita monthly income of the family,social support,and the standard scores of previous adverse life history and anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)((49)<0.05)。 The inclusion of the above influencing factors in the Logistic regression equation showed that age,occupation of pregnant women and previous adverse life history were risk factors for anxiety symptoms in the first trimester of pregnant women with second children.Age is also a risk factor for depression.The educational level,per capita monthly income level and social support of pregnant women are the protective factors for anxiety symptoms.The per capita monthly income level and social support of the family are also protective factors for depressive symptoms.ConclusionPregnant women with a second child have certain psychological problems such as anxiety and depression in the first trimester.Most of the people with anxiety and depression are elderly women,pregnant women and husbands with low education level,no stable job,low income,average social support,and second-child pregnant women with negative life events.Among them,age,occupation of pregnant women,and previous adverse life history were risk factors for anxiety symptoms in the first trimester of pregnant women with second children.Age is a risk factor for depression.The education level,per capita monthly income level and social support of pregnant women are the protective factors for anxiety symptoms.The per capita monthly income level and social support of the family are also protective factors for their depressive symptoms.Therefore,attention should be paid to the psychological condition of pregnant women with a second child in early pregnancy,and the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in the first trimester of pregnant women with a second child should be analyzed,so as to take targeted preventive measures in time and promote the improvement of anxiety and depression in pregnant women with a second child in early pregnancy. |
