| Objective: 1.To investigate the level of treatment adherence of inhaled preparations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Yan ’an area;2.To identify the risk factors of inhaled preparation treatment adherence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Yan ’an area. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study. From February 2022 to October 2022 in Yan ’an City according to the east, south, west and north 4 A total of 369 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly selected from three county-level hospitals in Yanchang County,Luochuan County and Wuqi County, one prefectural hospital in Zichang City People’s Hospital, and two municipal hospitals in Yan ’an City People’s Hospital and Yan ’an University Affiliated Hospital. The survey tools included:general data questionnaire, inhaled preparation related questionnaire,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,COPD Patient Health Literacy Scale and Morisky medication adherence scale. The questionnaire was entered and checked by two persons in Excel 2016.SPSS26.0 software was used for data collation and analysis. The distribution of general data was described by frequency and component ratio. The results of normality test showed that the data did not conform to normal distribution,so median and quartile were used for statistical description, and Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used for univariate analysis. Finally, binary Logistic regression analysis was performed on variables with statistical significance of single factor to identify the realistic factors affecting the treatment adherence of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with inhalation preparations in Yan ’an area.Results:1.The total therapeutic adherence of the survey subjects was 5.5(3.13,7.00)points,and 42.3% of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease had high therapeutic adherence with inhaled preparations.Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05)in the following variables: gender, education level,occupation,on-the-job status, place of residence, residence status, per capita monthly family income, payment method of medical expenses, course of disease, type of inhaled preparations, frequency of taking medication, satisfaction with drug efficacy, whether to worry about drug side effects, anxiety, depression and health literacy.2.The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that rural residence, solitary residence, tiotropium bromide and flutimovir inhalation preparations, some concern about drug side effects, positive anxiety, positive depression, and low health literacy had significant effects on the treatment adherence of inhaled preparations in COPD patients. Conclusion: 1.The adherence of inhaled preparations for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in Yan ’an area was 42.3%,which was a moderate deviation.2.Rural residence, living alone, inhaled tiotropium bromide and flutimovir, some concern about drug side effects, positive anxiety, positive depression, and low health literacy are risk factors for low adherence to inhaled therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. |
