Predictors Of Left Atrial Appendage Occluder Related Thrombosis:A Meta-Analysis

Objjectives:Related Factors This article explores the true predictors of device related thrombosis(DRT)through meta-analysis combining single/multiple factor risk factors in the included literature.Methods:Documents including predictors of DRT after percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion(PLAAO)and left atrial appendage occlusion(LAAO)from 2000 to December2022 were searched in Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Embase,China How Net,China Biomedical Database,and Wanfang Database.The main end point events were self factors(high CHA2DS2-VASc score,advanced age,previous history of ischemic stroke,transient ischemic attack,non paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,high platelet count before interventional therapy,significant left atrial enlargement,left atrial appendage diameter,low left ventricular ejection fraction,spontaneous left atrial appendage ultrasound imaging),instrument related factors(prominent connector,larger instrument size)There are 1 or more related literature on surgical related factors(deep implantation,peri device leakage(PDL))and treatment related factors(single antiplatelet therapy(SAPT),dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT),anticoagulant therapy,and non medication).Results:Documents including predictors of DRT after percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion(PLAAO)and left atrial appendage occlusion(LAAO)from 2000 to December2022 were searched in Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Embase,China How Net,China Biomedical Database,and Wanfang Database.The main end point events were self factors(high CHA2DS2-VASc score,advanced age,previous history of ischemic stroke,transient ischemic attack,non paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,high platelet count before interventional therapy,significant left atrial enlargement,left atrial appendage diameter,low left ventricular ejection fraction,spontaneous left atrial appendage ultrasound imaging),instrument related factors(prominent connector,larger instrument size)There are 1 or more related literature on surgical related factors(deep implantation,peri device leakage(PDL))and treatment related factors(single antiplatelet therapy(SAPT),dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT),anticoagulant therapy,and non medication).Conclusion:For patients who have undergone percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion,when they have a history of non paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,stroke,or TIA,it is necessary to be alert to the occurrence of DRT.
