| In the wake of COVID-19,the media has become even more connected to doctors and patients. The mimicry environment of medical industry constructed by media has a direct influence on the public’s cognition of doctors’ image, and the state of media-medical relationship also has a direct influence on the construction of doctor-patient relationship. At present, there are many researches on the texts of medical reports in the academic circle, but few researches on the relationship between medical media from the perspective of medical staff. This paper mainly studies the current situation of medical staff’s media contact and attitude towards medical reports, compares it with relevant attitudes of medical staff before the epidemic, explores specific influencing factors, finds out existing problems and puts forward suggestions. In this paper, questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used to carry out the research.A total of 1027 valid questionnaires were collected and 20 medical staff were interviewed.Comparing the post-epidemic data with the pre-epidemic data,it is found that medical staff’s media contact, perception of medical disputes and doctor-patient relationship, and cognition and evaluation of medical reports have all changed. In terms of media contact, the decrease in the frequency of media interviews by medical staff is related to the heavy workload of medical staff and the epidemic control measures.More attention was paid to medical reports because of work demands and more medical reports by media. The lower willingness to obtain information through foreign media is related to the strong political color of foreign media.Regarding the cognition and evaluation of medical-related reports, medical staff are more optimistic about the objectivity, authenticity, professionalism of the reporter, position of the report, impact of the report, discourse presentation and satisfaction of the media reports. The main influencing factors are external environmental factors, media factors and individual factors: State guidance and supervision of media, change of media’s own reporting behavior and individual perception of medical staff. The existing problems in the relationship between medical media are still stereotyped media reports, imbalance in the right of discourse between doctors and patients, poor quality of we media content, and excessive vigilance of medical staff towards media. This paper holds that the joint efforts of the state, media and individuals are needed to solve the existing problems of medio-medical relationship and establish a benign mechanism of medio-medical interaction,so as to promote the reasonable development of medio-medical relationship. |
