Research On The Development Strategy Of Beijing LY Independent Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center

Since 2013,my country has issued a series of related policies to encourage the development of independent medical imaging diagnostic centers to promote the progress and development of independent medical imaging diagnostic centers in my country,enhance the ability of medical imaging science and technology advancement,and promote the progress of my country’s medical industry.Since the national policy was introduced,the number of independent medical imaging diagnostic centers in China has gradually increased,and new medical imaging diagnostic centers have been continuously established and put into use.This has vigorously developed China’s medical industry,alleviated the difficulties in medical treatment and medical treatment for a large number of patients in China,and alleviated public hospitals.The pressure of medical imaging has reduced the cost of medical treatment.The development of medical imaging has very important practical significance for patients and doctors.However,there are few theoretical studies on the development strategy of medical imaging diagnostic centers in China.It is of great practical significance to promote the development and progress of China’s independent medical imaging diagnostic centers.Based on this background,this article takes Beijing LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center as the research object,based on the present and focused on its future development strategy and flexible multi-level business model.This article first introduces the background and significance of the research,consults and sorts out the current research status at home and abroad,finds the shortcomings in the current research,leads to the innovations of this article,and expounds the related concepts and analysis tools of this article.It defines the concept of a third-party medical imaging platform,sorts out the hierarchical division of enterprise development strategies,and the analysis tools of this article to provide a theoretical basis for the following article.After analyzing the development status of my country’s independent medical imaging and the reasons for the establishment of the independent medical imaging diagnostic center,the PEST model is used to analyze its political,economic,social and technological environment,and the Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the independent medical imaging diagnostic center.The SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Beijing LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center,and an overall internal and external analysis of the strategic development environment of Beijing LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center.Finally,the overall development strategy of Beijing LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center is formulated by introducing the orientation of market development planning of LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center.As a young medical imaging institution,Beijing LY Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center has grown significantly in recent years,but it also faces some developing problems.Through the research on the development planning of LY Image Diagnosis Center in Beijing,this thesis is helpful for the better development of LY Image Diagnosis Center.It is hoped that the research can provide beneficial reference for the development of other enterprises in the same industry.
