Research On The Literature Excavation And Collation Of The Prescription For Treating Bi Syndrome By Representative Doctors In Ming Dynasty

Objective:The purpose of this study is to collect and sort out the relevant provisions of internal prescription of Bi syndrome written by representative doctors in the Ming Dynasty.Through data mining technology,summarize and discuss the drug characteristics and prescription rules of internal prescription of Bi syndrome in the Ming Dynasty,so as to provide certain reference significance for clinical treatment.Methods:This study through the literature research and data statistical analysis method,combined with history,the Ming Dynasty medical literature related to the treatment of Bi syndrome internal prescription materials were summarized and analyzed.Excel software,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used for data processing of the selected prescriptions,and the data results were discussed.Results:A total of 454 prescriptions for curing Bi and taking internal medicine from 18 doctors in Ming Dynasty were systematically sorted out.The dosage forms were decoction,pill and powder,which were used most frequently.The top 10 herbs with the highest frequency were licorice,angelica sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,ginger,Qianghua,parsnip,atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos and achyranthes bidentata.The top 5 drugs were tonifying deficiency drugs,relieving surface drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,dispelling wind and dampness drugs and clearing heat drugs.The medicinal properties of drugs are warm,cold and flat.The medicinal tastes are mostly xin,bitter and sweet,mainly returning to the spleen(stomach),liver(bile)and kidney(bladder).7 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,such as Angelica sinensis-Ligusticum chuanxiong and Notopterygium incisum-Saposhnikovia root.13 groups were obtained by association rule analysis,such as Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch-Atractylodes macrocephala-Ginger and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch-Poria-Ginger.Based on the analysis of specific provisions,doctors who cure Bi syndrome in the Ming Dynasty made good use of wind medicine,both internal and external wind.The selected drugs of insect,rattan and animal showed the idea of comparing image with class and treating form with form.Use more drugs that have been processed with alcohol or combine them with alcohol to enhance their efficacy.Starting from the treatment of blood,good at grasping the relationship between qi and blood,tonifying blood,promoting blood at the same time according to the disease do not forget to add qi,qi drugs.Pay attention to the adjustment of zang-fu function,which use more drugs to tonify the liver,spleen and kidney.And pay attention to the clinical diagnosis of the cause of treatment,according to different disease location selection of drugs.Conclusion:In the treatment of Bi syndrome in the Ming Dynasty,doctors were clear in syndrome differentiation and location,and delicate in dispensing prescriptions.Their prescription formulation thought and medication characteristics were closely related to the natural climate,institutional laws,economy and trade at that time,which had high academic research value and clinical reference significance.Combining with modern technology and methods,systematic arrangement,summary and excavation of the Ming Dynasty’s Bi internal medicine prescription and in-depth discussion of the drug use law of the disease are beneficial to enlighten new clinical ideas and provide literature and theoretical support for the clinical application of Bi internal medicine prescription.
