Study On The Effect Of Invigorating Spleen And Nourishing Yin On Clinical Efficacy And Serum CCL2/MCP-1 Expression Level In SS Patients

Objective:To explore the regulation of Jianpi-Yangyin decoction on the expression of IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1 and other factors,and to explore the relationship between the changes of IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1 and common observation indicators of Sjogren’s syndrome.To find the clinical basis of invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin prescription and other traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of SS patients,and to develop new treatment methods and methods for SS.Method:(1)Collect all kinds of literature data related to IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1 and Sjogren’s syndrome,and make theoretical interpretation.The internal relationship of traditional Chinese medicine theory among "Sjogren’s syndrome,invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin method and atomization of traditional Chinese medicine" was explained and analyzed by literature review.(2)90 female SS patients were randomly divided into three groups:western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and atomization group.The western medicine group was the control group.The three groups were given three diffe rent treatments of "hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,hydroxychloroquine sulfat e tablets+Chinese medicine preparation of invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin recipe,and hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets+Chinese medicine preparati on of invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin recipe+atomization(atomization treatment)".The levels of IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1,TCM syndrome score,ESR,IGg,RF,C3,ESSPRI score and ESSDAI score before and after treatment wer e compared.By comparing the differences in curative effect within and betwee n groups,the excellence of Jianpi Yangyin recipe and Jianpi Yangyin atomizati on recipe under the guidance of Jianpi Yangyin method in the treatment of SS was analyzed.Result:(1)At present,a variety of studies have shown that IL-1β,IL-27 and MCP-1 changes in patients with SS,and IL-1β,IL-27 and MCP-1 are involved in the occurrence,development and treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.As an important method for the treatment of dryness arthralgia,Jianpi-Yangyin recipe may play a role in Sjogren’s syndrome by regulating IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1 and other factors.Therefore,Jianpi-Yangyin recipe may have the ability to regulate IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1.(2)Data analysis showed that "IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1" in SS patients were correlated with "TCM syndrome score,ESR,IGg,RF,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,static salivary flow rate,tear film break-up time" and so on.(3)This clinical study showed that Jianpi-Yangyin decoction and Jianpi-Yangyin atomization decoction could significantly improve the TCM syndrome scores of SS patients,regulate serum IL-1β,IL-27,MCP-1,positively improve ESR,IGg,RF,C3,and effectively reduce ESSPRI score and ESSDAI score.The static saliva flow rate and tear film break-up time were improved.In particular,the invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin atomization prescription can significantly reduce the score of dry mouth and dry eyes.Conclusions:(1)The progression of SS was related to the expression levels of serum MCP-1,IL-27 and IL-1β.(2)The Jianpi Yangyin recipe under the guidance of Jianpi Yangyin method is effective in the treatment of SS patients.Jianpi Yangyin decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomization can better improve the symptoms of patients,reduce inflammatory indicators,control disease activity,and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)Invigorating spleen and nourishing Yin therapy may reduce the disease activity and improve the symptoms of SS by promoting the expression of IL-27 anti-inflammatory factor and inhibiting the secretion of MCP-1 chemotactic factor and IL-1β pro-inflammatory factor.Traditional Chinese medicine atomization may improve the symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes by improving the action time,contact area and effective utilization of traditional Chinese medicine.
