Exploring Literature Knowledge Rules And Database Construction Strategies For Diabetes Mellitus In Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveExcavate and sort out the literature of thirst quenching disease to find the law of thirst quenching knowledge.The knowledge element indexing system of "disease pulse evidence and treatment" is used to carry out indexing practice,and according to the indexing results,on the basis of the "disease pulse evidence and treatment knowledge element indexing system",the strategies and suggestions for constructing a thirst quenching disease special disease database are proposed.MethodsThe 600 ancient books selected from the key special project of the National Key R&D Program "Research on the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine" "Collation of Ancient Chinese Medicine Books and Thematic Literature Research Based on the Deep Integration of Knowledge Element Theory and Clinical Needs" were used to excavate and sort out the literature on thirst quenching.Relying on the knowledge element indexing system of ancient TCM books "Disease Vein Evidence and Treatment" established by the National Key R&D Program,the literature selection criteria and literature exclusion criteria were determined,and representative thirst quenching literature was selected for database indexing.According to the indexing results,export various data and knowledge graphs.According to the indexed data,the connotation of ancient books is analyzed,and the results are used to demonstrate whether the results of literature data formed by data mining can better reflect the connotation of thirst quenching ancient documents.According to the data results,the achievements of ancient literature on thirst quenching theory,diagnosis,treatment,prevention and care were displayed from multiple angles,and according to the indexing results,on the basis of the "knowledge element indexing system for disease evidence and treatment" and "traditional Chinese medicine ancient books knowledge sharing service platform",the strategies and suggestions for building a database of special diseases for thirst quenching disease were proposed.ConclusionThrough sorting out and analyzing the literature on diabetes mellitus,it is found that there are many aliases for diabetes mellitus,most of which are classified and named according to the four frameworks of symptom,etiology,disease location and disease nature.The etiology of diabetes mainly includes eight aspects: improper diet,insufficient endowment,taking aromatic stone medicine,emotional disorder,exogenous six evils,excessive labor,worm accumulation and trauma.The pathogenesis is always Yin deficiency,dryness and heat,often interacting with each other.The treatment of diabetes mainly focuses on nourishing yin and promoting body fluid,clearing away heat and moistening dryness,focusing on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dampness,and at the same time,it needs to focus on the lungs,stomach and kidneys in terms of viscera.In the treatment of diabetes,in addition to the use of spleen-invigorating,qi-invigorating,and heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-reducing and damp-reducing drugs should also be used flexibly.Through the statistics of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of diabetes,it is found that the principle of acupoint selection is mainly based on promoting body fluid to quench thirst,tonifying kidney and yang,clearing heat and purging fire.The prevention of this disease is mainly a rationalized diet and proper exercise.Judging from the results of indexing data,the template indexing method provided by the knowledge meta-indexing system of "Patient Syndrome and Treatment" makes the knowledge structure clearer and reduces the indexing difficulty of the staff.In the process of indexing,it is also found that there are many problems in the system,such as relatively simple structure and large semantic granularity.In view of this,when constructing the database of diabetes-specific diseases in ancient Chinese medicine books,single-layer database,parallel database and mixed database can be considered.It can transform the complex knowledge of diabetes into a standardized semantic unit,increase the access speed,improve the operation efficiency between databases,optimize the allocation and analysis of resources,and flexibly deal with the non-standardized problems caused by the expression of ancient Chinese medicine books.In-depth analysis and presentation of ancient book knowledge.At the same time,it can improve the search accuracy and improve the problems of manual indexing errors and unclear classification.
