| The county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital uses and combines the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to provide the people with the most basic service platform for medical care,health care,prevention and rehabilitation,and send more effective,convenient and economical medical and health service institutions for surrounding residents.Traditional Chinese medicine has made outstanding contributions to epidemic prevention and treatment.The National Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert Group attaches great importance to the recovery of patients in the recovery period.In October 2020,the "Suggestions for the Rehabilitation of TCM Rehabilitation(Trial)" was written in October 2020,which listed the classic classic Presidate and non-drug therapy include rehabilitation opinions such as acupuncture,massage,scraping,diet,and exercise exercise.In the post-epidemic era,improving the quality of hospital hospitalization services can effectively provide more efficient medical and health services for patients with chronic diseases and basic diseases.In recent years,the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"promulgated by my country,the promotion of medical consortia,and medical communities have focused on improving the service quality of medical institutions."Fourteen Five-Year Plan" Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Plan"and" Implementation Plan for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine "and other related policy documents have clarified the importance of grass-roots Chinese medicine institutions in the development of traditional Chinese medicine.In the actual development process,the first-level diagnosis system was not implemented,and the overall lack of attractiveness of the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.It still plays a great restriction effect on the development of graded diagnosis and treatment and the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Strategies to make comprehensive improvements and improvements.In this study,the SERVQUAL model was introduced into the hospitalization services of the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital.By discussing its application in the medical industry,it further analyzed its applicability.According to the guidelines of policy documents,reviewing related literature,expert consultation,and pre-investigation,the quality evaluation list of the hospitalization service quality hospitals at the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital will be conducted,and then field research and questionnaire distribution of county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals will be conducted.Through data analysis,the analysis of SQ value analysis and the analysis of the IPA elephant limit diagram obtained the problems existing in the hospitalization services of the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Proposed countermeasures according to the issues and causes,in order to provide scientific support and policy recommendations for the development of the overall hospitalization service of the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Through field research and data analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the problem of incompatible facilities and talents in the traditional Chinese medicine hospital;(2)the patient-centric service awareness has great room for improvement;(3)health education functional function The feedback mechanism should be further improved;(4)The level of informatization needs to be further improved;(5)the price of traditional Chinese medicine service projects lacks a dynamic adjustment mechanism.In this article,through the analysis and investigation of the quality of hospitalization services in the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospital,we have learned about the constraints of medical service quality of the county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and enriched the perspective of evaluating the quality of service quality from the affected party.(1)Optimize facilities and equipment,and strive to be consistent with talent and equipment;(2)to improve the sensitivity to patients’ needs;(3)widely improve the ability to popularize the health knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine;(4)Strengthen the construction of the level of informatization;(5)The improvement of hierarchical pricing provides some reference for the development of grass-roots Chinese medicine institutions. |
