| 1 Purpose:in order to confirm the curative effect and safety of Fumai Wenxin Decoction in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome.2 Methods:first of all,this study was split into two groups,decoction group and control group,there were 30 people in each group,therefore,60 patients with Yang deficiency And Blood stasis syndrome were collected according to the requirements.The decoction group were treated by Fumai Wenxin Decoction and atropine,and the control group by atropine,and the course of treatment was 90 days.The efficacy of TCM symptoms,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and safety indexes of the patients were observed respectively.3 Results(1)Total curative effect of TCM syndromes: compared to the results wihout Fumai Wenxin Decoction,the overall response rate of the treatment in the decoction group was86%.However,the overall response rate of the treatment in the control group was only50%.It could be found that the overall response rate of treatment in the control group lower than the decoction group(P<0.05);(2)Total curative effect of holter electrocardiogram: compared to the results without Fumai Wenxin Decoction,the overall response rate of the treatment in the decoction group was 86%,and this value in the control group was 70%.Obviously,the overall response rate of treatment in the control group lower than the decoction group(P<0.05);(3)Aggregate scores of TCM syndromes: compared to the results without Fumai Wenxin Decoction,it could be found that the aggregate scores of TCM syndromes in the decoction group was decreased significantly(P<0.01),the aggregate scores of TCM syndromes in the control group was decreased(P<0.05);And after 3 month’s treatment,the aggregate scores of TCM syndromes of decoction group was better than control group(P<0.05);(4)TCM single symptom score: compared to the results without Fumai Wenxin Decoction,these symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.01)in the decoction group.In the control group,the other symptoms were improved(P<0.05)except for chest tightness and dark lips,but the symptoms of chest tightness and dark lip purple were not significantly improved(P<0.05).After 3 month’s treatment,the two groups appeared that the therapeutic of the decoction group was better than the control group in improving the central palpitation,dizziness,shortness of breath,fatigue,cold limbs,sore waist and knee,dark lips,and frequent nocturnal urination(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the improvement of chest tightness symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05);(5)Dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy: compared to the results without Fumai Wenxin Decoction,it could be found that the 24 h total heart beats,min heart rate,average heart rate and max heart rate were significantly increased in the decoction group(P<0.01);Total heart beats,mean heart rate and min heart rate at 24 h were significantly increased in control group(P<0.01),and the fastest heart rate was increased(P<0.05).After 3month’s treatment,the two groups showed that the decoction group was better than the control group in the improvement of total heart beat number,mean heart rate,min heart rate and max heart rate at 24h(P<0.01).(6)Safety indicators: After 3 month’s treatment.there was no significant variation in blood pressure,hematuria and stool routine,liver and kidney function between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were no adverse events during the treatment.4 Conclusion(1)The clinical value of Fumai Wenxin Decoction in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome of Yang deficiency and blood stasis is reliable.(2)Treatment of sick sinus syndrome of Yang deficiency and Blood stasis,Fumai Wenxin Decoction can not only improve different heart rate of patients,including total heart beats,min heart rate,average heart rate,and max heart rate but also effectively relieve palpitation,dizziness,shortness of breath and other symptoms.(3)Fumai Wenxin Decoction has little side effects and strong security in curing sick sinus syndrome with Yang deficiency and Blood stasis. |
