| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiangxin Fumai Decoction in treating patients with chronic heart failure(yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to explore the therapeutic scheme of Qiangxin Fumai Decoction in treating chronic heart failureMethods:Including 64 patients with chronic heart failure and Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the Department of Cardiology and Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,all the research subjects met the dual diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine And the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.32 cases in the control group were treated with basic Western medicine;32 cases in the treatment group were supplemented with Qiangxin Fumai Decoction on the basis of Western medicine,and all were treated for 4 weeks.Observe the changes of cardiac function grading effect,NT-proBNP,TCM syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Through statistical analysis,the evaluation of Qiangxin Fumai Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(yang Deficiency blood stasis syndrome)Results:1.Comparison of cardiac function efficacy:The cardiac function of patients in the treatment group and the control group was improved after treatment compared with before treatment.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.0%.It was statistically significant in the control group(P<0.05)2.NT-proBNP comparison:NT-proBNP in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05)by statistical software analysis4.LVEF comparison:After treatment,the LVEF of the two groups of patients was higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Qiangxin Fumai Decoction can effectively improve the heart function and TCM syndromes of patients with chronic heart failure2.Qiangxin Fumai Decoction can reduce the level of NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure and Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.3.Qiangxin Fumai Decoction can increase the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value of patients with chronic heart failure and Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome. |
