| Purpose:In this study,according to the guiding principle of dialectical medication in the third stage of orthopaedics,activating blood circulation,removing swelling and relieving pain were used in the early stage of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).The characteristic preparation of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)was used to observe the effect of this regimen on OVCF patients.Ways:Sixty inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of this subject and were admitted to the first Department of Spinal orthopedics,Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.After admission,relevant examinations were improved and PVP surgery was performed at an appropriate time.The control group received routine anti-osteoporosis treatment,regular postoperative cleaning and dressing change,and guided functional exercise.On this basis,the observation group was added to Shiqi Weida Huoxue capsule after surgery.VAS score,ODI score,height loss rate of injured vertebral front and clinical efficacy evaluation of patients were recorded before surgery,1 day after surgery,7 days after surgery and 1 month after surgery.Statistical software SPSS 25.0 was used to process and analyze the collected data and draw conclusions.Outcomes:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,responsibility segment and observation indexes between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)VAS and ODI scores: VAS and ODI scores decreased gradually at all time periods after surgery,and repeated measurement time analysis of variance had a significant effect.The postoperative lumboback function of the patient was in a state of gradual recovery and pain was gradually relieved.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant 1 week and 1 month after surgery.The pain relief and improvement of lumbar function in the observation group were better than those in the control group.(3)Vertebral height loss rate: The vertebral height loss rate of the two groups 1 day after surgery was statistically significant compared with that of the preoperative group,and the vertebral height loss was improved after PVP.There was no significant difference in the rate of vertebral height loss between the observation group and the control group 1 month after surgery,indicating that the effect of Xwei Dahuoxuxue capsule on the improvement of vertebral height loss was not obvious.(4)Clinical efficacy evaluation: 1 month after surgery,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant after statistical analysis.These results indicated that the clinical effect could be improved by adding Shiqi Weida Huoxue capsule after PVP.Conclusion:PVP surgery has significant effect on the treatment of vertebral compression fracture in elderly patients,and the addition of Shiqi Weida Huoxue capsule after surgery can improve the curative effect,which is helpful to relieve the postoperative residual symptoms of low back pain in OVCF patients and improve the low back function.The combination of Chinese and western medicine can make patients return to normal life faster,and the clinical effect is accurate. |
