| 1.Objective: The observation of the near-and long-term efficacy of acupuncture in combination with fluticasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of AR and its effect on serum TSLP and SP provided a clinical rationale for the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis with acupuncture in combination with Western medicine.2.Methods: About 2020.12 to 2022.10 in the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university(anhui province hospital otolaryngology, needle filtered health clinic on patients with persistent allergic rhinitis, through the central stochastic system is divided into two groups, control group accepted the second generation of glucocorticoid nasal drop(fluticasone propionate nasal spray),The treatment group on the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.Assessment and recorded before and after 6weeks treatment, after 18 weeks, the rating scale after 30 weeks, before and after treatment were detected peripheral blood arrives,SP level, analyzed and compared.3.Results: Statistical analysis was used to compare the change in each scale score before,6,18 and 30 weeks after treatment,as well as the change in serum indices before and after treatment. The results were as follows:(1)Within the group: Analysis of the scores on each scale for the treatment and control groups at 6,18,and 30 weeks compared to pre-treatment showed a statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Comparing the pre-treatment and post-treatment serological scores, there were statistically significant difference(p<0.05).(2)Between groups: Treatment and control groups were comparable after 6 weeks of treatment and before treatment, without statistical significance(p<0.05).Analysis of the results after 18 and 30 weeks of follow-up compared to pre-treatment results showed that the treatment group was more effective than the control group(p<0.05).The analysis of serological parameters after treatment between the treatment and control groups showed a significant difference between the two groups, with a more significant reduction observed in the treatment group(p<0.05).4.Conclusions:(1)The short-term efficacy of acupuncture combined with fluticasone propionate in adult patients with persistent allergic rhinitis is similar, and the long-term efficacy is better than that of western medicine alone.(2)Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with fluticasone propionate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of adult persistent allergic rhinitis, and reduce the levels of TSLP and SP.Reduction of TSLP,SP may be one of the mechanisms of action of acupuncture in combination with fluticasone propionate nasal spray for the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis in adults. |
