Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Reha Bilitation Tiainin Blood Hemorheology,IL-1β And IL-10 In VD Patients

Objective:In order to assess the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in conjunction with rehealthy training in sick persons with vascular dementia(VD)and the effect on haeadreology,IL-1β,IL-10 level to seek more treatments for people with VD.Methods:60 sick persons with VD who were diagnosed and cured in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to February 2023 were collected,all of whom were confirmed by the Department of Neurology.According to the method of random grouping,60 VD patients were divided into acupuncture and moxibustion combined rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group,30 patients in each group.60 sick persons with VD were randomly divided into acupuncture team and rehabilitation team,with 30 sick persons in each team.while the acupuncture and rehabilitation group were cured with acupuncture(follow the meridian syndrome differentiation acupuncture thorn well acupoint)and moxibustion(Huayu tongluo moxibustion combined)with rehabilitation training;The rehabilitation group was cured with rehabilitation training,six times a week,and the general course of cure is 8 weeks.The changes of MMSE,ADL scale,hemorheology,IL-1β and IL-10 levels in VD patients were monitored and recorded before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:① Compared with before treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups increased(P<0.01).Compared with the rehabilitation group,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the acupuncture group increased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01);②Compared with before treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity levels of patients in the two groups decreased to different degrees(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with the rehabilitation group,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity levels in the acupuncture group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.01);③ Compared with pre-treatment,IL-1 in both groups β The level of IL-1 was significantly decreased(P<0.01)β The level of IL-10 was significantly lower than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.01),while there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has a positive effect on VD.Compared with simple rehabilitation treatment,it can effectively improve the symptoms of VD patients such as intellectual impairment,cognitive impairment and decline in living ability.Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of hemorheology and serum IL-1β Horizontal.
