A Study On The Experience Of Tcm Master Han Mingxiang In Treating Vertigo Based On Data Mining

Objective:To establish a database of cases of vertigo treated clinically by Professor Han Mingxiang,to analyse the classification of syndrome types,the rules of formulae and commonly used prescriptions in the treatment of vertigo by Professor Han Mingxiang-one of the TCM master,through data mining techniques.And to summarise Professor Han’s clinical experience and the characteristics of his prescriptions,so as to provide a reliable basis for passing on his academic thought.Methods:By collecting the dizziness medical records of Professor Han Mingxiang’s outpatient clinic from October 2020 to December 2022,and screening them according to the inclusion criteria,the information of qualified medical records will be entered into the "clinical medical record collection system",and the data will be imported into the "clinical medical record processing system" after verification,and standardized processing will be carried out.Use Excel,SPSS Modeler,SPSS Statistics,Liquorice and other software to analyze frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,complex networks,etc.Based on the results of the analysis,we summarized Professor Han Mingxiang’s medication rules and characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.Results:1.Basic data: A total of 179 patients with vertigo were included.Among them,99 cases were female(55.31%)and 80 cases were male(44.69%).2.Symptoms: 350 times in total,52 items in total,1547 times in total.Highfrequency symptoms include dizziness,dizziness,poor sleep,fatigue,headache,etc.3.Textures of tongue and pulse: There are 9 kinds of tongue texture,and the top 5are red,light red,light white,dark red and tooth marks.There are 11 kinds of moss,the first five are thin yellow,thin white,dry,little,white and greasy.A total of 23 kinds of pulse signals were collected,and high-frequency pulse signals included: string number,sinking,thin number,string slip,and thin slip.4.Types of syndrome: There are 15 types of syndrome,the first five of which are liver and kidney yin deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,upper hyperactivity of liver yang,liver depression transforming into fire,and kidney essence deficiency.5.Characteristics of Chinese medicine: Han’s treatment of dizziness is mainly based on tonifying medicines for deficiency,followed by medicines for relieving symptoms,clearing heat and invigorating blood stasis;the nature of medicine is mainly warm and calm;the taste of medicine is mainly sweet,supplemented by pungency and bitterness;it mainly belongs to the liver and spleen meridians.6.Formulation pattern: 60 drug pairs,20 evidence-medicine correlations and 57symptom-medicine correlations can be obtained through correlation analysis.(1)Peach seed,Safflower,Peony root,Unprocessed rehmannia root,Ligusticum chuanxiong(2)Gastrodia tuber,Uncaria rhynchophylla(3)Angelica dahurica,Asarum heterotropoides,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Ligusticum chuanxiong(4)Semen ziziphi spinosae,Albiziae cortex,Poria cocos(5)Pinellia chinensis,Magnolia officinalis,Citri reticulatae pericarpium(6)Light wheat,Oysters,Dendrobe,The fruit of Chinese wolfberry,Ophiopogon japonicus,Rhizoma anemarrhenae(7)Prepared rehmannia root,Cornus officinalis,Chinese yam,Alismatis rhizoma(8)Polygonati,Agrimonia pilosa,Fructus psoraleae(9)Angelica sinensis,White peony,Moutan bark,Cape jasmine,Bupleuri radix(10)Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis radix,Poria cocos.Through complex network analysis,we can get the syndrome-drug,syndrome-drug network diagram and the core prescription diagram of the overall and various syndrome types.Conclusion:Professor Han Mingxiang believes that the pathogenesis of vertigo is a combination of deficiency and reality,which is based on deficiency.The disease location is mainly liver,which is responsible for qi depression.Professor Han’s drug use is characterized by the combination of calm and warm,and assisted by cold medicine;The medicine flavours is mainly sweet and pungent and bitter take second place;The key points of treatment are to treat the liver and spleen together and regulate the qi.Professor Han treats vertigo according to syndrome differentiation.The commonly used prescriptions are Erlong Zuoci pills,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Tianma Gouteng drink,Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,Yougui pill,Chuanxiong Chadiao powder,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,Pingwei powder,Wendan decoction.At the same time,he pays attention to concurrent symptoms and flexibly adds and subtracts drug pairs.
