Clinical Study On Jiawei Zuojin Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Chronic Gastritis With Stagnated Heat Of Liver And Stomach

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Zuojin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis of liver and stomach stagnation type.Methods:A total of 120 patients with Hp-positive chronic gastritis who met the inclusion criteria were collected.All enrolled patients were given health education.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was given standard quadruple therapy;on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was given oral modified Zuojin decoction after meals.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,improvement of TCM symptoms and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.After 4 weeks of drug withdrawal,¹³C urea breath test was reviewed to detect Hp eradication.Through SPSS 26.0 statistical software,all data are analyzed and the final conclusions are summarized.Results:1.Basic situation assessment:A total of 112 patients in this study,modified Zuojin decoction combined with quadruple therapy test group 55cases,standard quadruple therapy control group 57 cases.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other basic conditions between the two groups（P>0.05）.2.Hp eradication rate:After treatment,the eradication rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Total score of TCM syndromes and improvement of symptoms:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes and the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than before（P<0.05）.Compared with the control group,the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,flank pain,irritability,dry mouth and bitter mouth（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving noisy,acid reflux and dry stool（P>0.05）.4.Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,and that of the control group was80.70%.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.5.Adverse reactions:the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 14.55%;the adverse reaction rate of the control group was31.58%,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusions:On the basis of standard quadruple therapy,Jiawei Zuojin Decoction was added to treat Hp-positive chronic gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve Hp eradication rate to a certain extent,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It can provide more reference for clinical treatment of Hp-positive chronic gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type.
