Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Spleen-Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome With Helicobacter Pylori Infection By Using Jiawei Qingpu Decoction Instead Of Antibiotics

Objective:In this study,a self-made traditional Chinese medicine was used instead of antibiotics to treat spleen-stomach damp-heat type stomach disease caused by Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.By using traditional Chinese medicine plus Qingpu decoction combined with proton prunp inhibitor,compared with western medicine triple therapy,two treatment methods were compared.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions during treatment,explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori,in order to achieve comparable or even better results with antibiotic treatment of Helicobacter pylori,for the clinical treatment of this disease Provide new ideas and methods.Methods:A total of 152 patients who met the study criteria were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Modified Qingpu Drink Granule + Omeprazole,and the control group was given Western medicine triple(omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin).The course of treatment was 10 days.The symptom scores of each group were compared and analyzed.After stopping the drug for 1 month,C13 was reviewed to observe the Hp eradication rate and clinical efficacy.Results:In terms of Hp eradication rate:the eradication rate of the treatment group was 67.3%,and the eradication rate of the control group was 62.7%.The eradication rate of the two groups was comparable,and there was no statistical difference.In tens of symptom relief:the effective rate of the treatment group was 91.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.1%.The total score of symptoms in the treatment group(2.09±2.42)was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.61±5.236)(P<0.01).The symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,especially in the cases of stomach pain,bloating,noisy,nausea,loss of appetite,and stool stagnation.The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there were different degrees of adverse reactions in the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 12.7%,and that in the control group was 27.0%.Statistical analysis showed P<0.05,So the treatment group produced a lower incidence of adverse reactions and a better safety.Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with proton pump inhibitor can achieve the same effect as antibiotics in clearing Helicobacter pylori,and it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients better than western medicine.It has low adverse reactions,high safety and exact curative effect.It is worthy of further study and Promotion application.
