Research On Citizen Moral Education Under Public Health Emergencies

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,historic achievements and changes have been made in the cause of the Party and country,propelling China on a new journey to fully build a modern socialist country.At this critical moment,in the face of major public health emergencies,China always put people first and life first,and earnestly safeguarded people’s life and health.All Chinese citizens also demonstrated good moral quality and made significant contributions to the response to public health emergencies.But at the same time,we must see the phenomenon of moral anomie and its major harm in the society,especially under the impact of public health emergencies,more exposed the weakness and lack of civic morality,need to improve and enhance through education and other means in the new era conditions,so as to reduce the occurrence of civic moral anomie.Reducing the harm to individuals and society in responding to public health emergencies.In the new era and the new journey,civic moral education in the new era environment and multiple challenges to undertake the training and training of the new era of the great task of national rejuvenation,we must on the basis of a comprehensive study of public health emergencies,in-depth analysis of the moral problems during this period and their causes,combined with the existing theory and practice,to find out the strength of civic moral education.It focuses on enhancing citizens’ awareness of moral responsibility and enhancing citizens’ moral practice ability.In the process of coping with public health emergencies,it realizes the fundamental goal of cultivating new people of The Times,promotes the overall moral level of the society to be constantly improved,and all aspects of the society move forward along the road of high-quality development.Based on the novel coronavirus outbreak,which is a typical public health emergency,and combined with the practical situation and response practice,this study demonstrates the internal correlation between public health emergencies and civic moral education in detail,expounds the theoretical basis of civic moral education under public health emergencies,and clarifies the content and principles of civic moral education under public health emergencies.Combined with the actual case of the public health emergency,this paper analyzes the main positive and negative aspects of civic morality in the public health emergency,and deeply analyzes the causes of moral anomia.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge,experience and practical problems,the practical path of citizen moral education under public health emergencies is explored,which can provide reference for future response to similar public health emergencies.In the face of public health emergencies,we should actively carry out moral education among citizens,improve their moral standards and civilized qualities,and foster good social moral practices,so as to lay a solid foundation for realizing the second Centenary Goal and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
