| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shuhoubianmifang Ⅰ with gastrointestinal heat after mixed hemorrhoids,and discuss its therapeutic effectfrom the perspective of traditional medicine and modern research,so as to lay a solid foundation for clinical promotion and application.Method:Sixty patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected into the study plan and divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized control,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given Shuhoubianmifang Ⅰ oral administration,while the control group was given oral administration of Marenzipi Pill.The treatment cycle was 14 days.Gender,age,number of anal incisions,defecation effort,time of each defecation,fecal characteristics,daily defecation frequency,dry mouth,halitosis,abdominal distension and primary and secondary symptom scores of the two groups were observed and recorded before treatment,3 days,7 days and 14 days after treatment.The obtained data were statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,the gender,age,number of anal incisions,scores of constipation primary and secondary symptoms and total scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and there were no statistical differences(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.2.On the 3rd day after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in defecation effort,fecal traits and daily defecation frequency scores between the two groups(P<0.05),the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but there were no statistically significant differences in each defecation time,dry mouth,halitosis and abdominal distension scores(P>0.05).3.On the 7th day after treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups in defecation effort,time of each defecation,number of daily defecation,dry mouth,bad breath and abdominal distension score(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,but there was no statistical difference in fecal trait score(P>0.05).4.On the 14th day after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in defecation effort,time of each defecation,fecal characteristics,daily defecation times,dry mouth,halitosis and abdominal distension scores between the two groups(P<0.05).5.After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,patients in the two groups were compared with those before treatment in terms of the scores of various primary and secondary symptoms of constipation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between groups in the overall evaluation of constipation sym ptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05),and statistically significant d ifferences between groups in the overall evaluation of constipation symp toms after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that postoperative constipation symptoms were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the tr eatment group was better than that in the control group.6.After the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.In the treatment group: 9 patients were cured,14 patients were significantly effective,4 patients were effective,and 3 patients were ineffective;control group: 6 patients were cured,7 had obvious effect,10 were effective and 7 were ineffective,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Shuhoubianmifang Ⅰ has definite efficacy in the treatment of gastr ointestinal heat constipation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,especiallyin improving the defecation effort of patients,shortening the time of each defecation,softening fecal characteristics,increasing the frequency of defecation properly,alleviating dry mouth and bad breath,and reducing abdominal distension.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
