The Clinical Effect Of Sihuang Hemorrhoids Ointment On The Postoperative Common Complications Of Mixed Hemorrhoids(the Type Of Downward Flow Of Damp-heat) And Its Influence On Hydroxyproline

Objective:The effect of sihuang hemorrhoids ointment on the common complications of mixed hemorrhoids with the type of downward flow of damp-heat,such as the pai n,anal edema,blood in the stool,exudate and wound healing rate,and the content of proline in granulation tissue of newborn were observed to shorten the recovery time,relieve the pain of the patients with mixed hemorrhoid and explore the relationship b etween the repair of wound by the sihuang hemorrhoids ointment and the content of hydroxy proline.Methods:60 patients who were eligible for the inclusion and received the external pil es-excise& internal piles-ligature operation were enrolled in the study.According to th e random number table method,they were divided into A,B two groups,each group of 30 cases.The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment.The treatme nt group was treated with sihuang hemorrhoids ointment;The control group received mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao for the wound dressing and the total duration of t reatment was 11 days.The decline in the value of anal pain,edema,bleeding,exudat e symptoms points,the onset time and elimination time of anal pain before and after the treatment,and the wound healing rate at 11 th day after the operation were observ ed.At the 6th day,10 cases of granulation tissue from the treatment group and the control group were selected to determine the content of hydroxyproline in accordance with the random number table method.Results:(1)On the 6th day after operation,the treatment group were better than the control group on the aspects of the pain relieving,improved edema,reduced bleeding and wound exudate(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in all symptoms at 11 th day after the operation.(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of the onset and elimination time of postoperative pain(P <0.05).(3)The rate of reduction of wound ar ea in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at the 11 th day(P <0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.At 11 day after operation,t he total effective rate of sihuang hemorrhoids ointment of the treatment group was 96.67%,while the control group was 86.67%.There was significant difference between t he treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).The effect of treatment group(s ihuang hemorrhoids ointment)was significantly better than that of the control group(mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao).On the 6th day after operation,the content of hydroxyproline in the granulation tissue of the control group was higher than that in t he treatment group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the wound healing time of the treatment group was short,which may be related to the increased hydroxyproline content.Conclusion:Sihuang hemorrhoids ointment has the function of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis,promoting qi circulation to relieve swelling,and promoting blood circulation to arrest pain.By being used for external application for the mixed hemorrhoids with the type of downward flow of damp-heat,it can significantly improve the postoperative pain,perianal edema,bleeding,exudation,reduce pain,increase hydroxyproline content to promote the growth of granulation,shorten the time of wound healing,shorten the duration of postoperative treatment,and relieve the patient’s pain.
