| Objective:Under the guidance of expanding "gut-brain axis theory" and based on clinical trials,this study systematically evaluated the clinical efficacy of Tongbian Tiaozhi Decoction in treating functional constipation(heat symptom)from the perspective of emotion.Method:From February 2022 to December 2022,96 patients diagnosed as functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups:Chinese medicine group,Western medicine group and Western medicine group,each with 32 cases The Chinese medicine group was treated with Tongbian Tiaozhi Decoction orally,and the patients in the western medicine combined group were treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets combined with flupentixol melitracen tablets(Deanexin)orally.The patients in the western medicine group were treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets orally One week was taken as a course of treatment,and two courses of treatment were observed Compare the symptom score of constipation,the total score of each component factor and the score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after treatment.Correlation between constipation and anxietyResult:1.There was no significant difference in the course of disease between the three groups of patients(P>0.05),which showed that the general data of the three groups of patients were comparable2.There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and anxiety score among the three groups(P>0.05)3.After the course of treatment,the total score of constipation syndrome and the scores of each component factor(Bristol fecal defecation time,defecation effort,abdominal distension,red face,upset,dry mouth,bitter taste and short red urine,etc.)showed a downward trend in the patients of Chinese medicine group and combined western medicine group(P<0.05).The difference between the scores of different treatment time groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the scores of different treatment time(p>0.05)in the simple Western medicine group except for the scores of red face,upset,short urine and red urine(p<0.05),but the differences in other scores were statistically significant(p<0.05),and all showed a downward trend after the end of the course of treatment4.After the course of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes and the pairwise comparison of each component factor among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)Among them,the effect of Chinese medicine group combined with Western medicine group is better than that of simple Western medicine group,and the effect of Chinese medicine group shows that the three groups of Chinese medicine group are the most obvious and have the best effect on improving constipation5.The total score of SAS in the three groups showed a downward trend after treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that all the three groups were effective after treatment6.After the course of treatment,the patients in the three groups were compared in pairwise between the SAS total evaluation groups.Among them,the differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the simple western medicine group combined with the western medicine group and the simple western medicine group were comparable(P<0.05)There was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p>0.05)The results showed that the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group were more effective in improving patients’ anxiety than the Western medicine group7.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of constipation in Chinese medicine group was 90.30%,the total effective rate of constipation in combination with western medicine group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of constipation in simple western medicine group was 67.74%The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Compared with each other(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.It can be seen that the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group in treating functional constipation of heat secret type is better than that of combined western medicine and western medicine aloneAfter the above comparison,the curative effect of Chinese medicine group and combined western medicine group on constipation and emotion is greater than that of simple western medicine group.It can be seen that the curative effect of functional constipation is positively correlated with the improvement of anxiety That is,the better the therapeutic effect of anxiety,the better the improvement of constipationConclusions:1.Tongbian Tiaozhi Decoction Mosapride combined with Deanexin Mosapride alone is effective in treating functional constipation of heat secret type2.The curative effect of Tongbian Tiaozhi Decoction on patients with functional constipation(heat secret type)is worth
