Clinical Observation Of Qingre Tongbian Decoction In The Treatment Of Constipation

Objective:in this study,Qingre Tongbian decoction was used to treat slow transit constipation(STC)patients with heat secret syndrome differentiation,and the clinical efficacy of Qingre Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of STC patients with heat secret syndrome was objectively evaluated through the observation of clinical symptoms and evaluation of detection items,so as to provide new clinical data for TCM Decoction in the treatment of STC,In order to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.Methods:60 patients were selected from the anorectal clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from May 31,2020 to January 31,2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Qingre Tongbian decoction,while the control group was treated with Maren Zipi pill.The symptom scores of the two groups before and after 14 days of treatment were recorded.To compare the changes of single symptom score,total score and overall curative effect of patients with stool cycle,stool texture,defecation time,abdominal distension or pain,restlessness and insomnia,so as to comprehensively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Qingre Tongbian Decoction on heat secret slow transit constipation.All data related to the clinical observation were statistically analyzed by spss24.0.Results:1.After 14 days of treatment,the two treatment schemes had different degrees of treatment effect on constipation patients,and the comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 76.0%in the control group.After treatment,the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms of slow transit constipation(hot secret type)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),with statistical significance.2.After 14 days of treatment,the single symptom scores of the two groups were decreased.Except for the symptom score of face redness and body heat,the Qingre Tongbian Decoction group was better than the Maren Zipi pill group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Tongbian decoction is effective in the treatment of slow transit constipation(re mi type),which can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of re mi type constipation,and the overall efficacy of Qingre Tongbian decoction is better than Maren Zipi pill,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
