Objective : To analyze the status of negative emotions such as prenatal anxiety, depression and pregnancy stress and positive psychological qualities such as perceived social support, general self-efficacy and resilience of pregnant women and to understand the relationship between the two.Through the mediating effect test method, the mediating effect of the three positive psychological qualities of pregnant women ’s perceived social support, general selfefficacy and resilience on negative emotions is explored, and the mediating effects of these three positive psychological qualities are compared. The amount of intervention measures taken to improve the mental health of pregnant women provides a targeted and effective theoretical basis. Methods : A simple sampling method was used to recruit pregnant women who underwent obstetric examination in a tertiary hospital in Urumqi for a questionnaire survey. The negative emotions of pregnant women were measured by generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire depression scale(PHQ-9)and pregnancy stress scale(PPS).The positive psychological level of pregnant women was measured by Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and ConnorDavidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Bootstrap mediating effect test was used to test the effect of positive mental quality on negative emotions, and Amos was used to establish structural equation model. Results: 1)A total of 2523 pregnant women were investigated in this study,of which 26.60 % were pregnant women with anxiety symptoms, with a score of 8.00(7.00,11.00);pregnant women with depressive symptoms accounted for 16.73 %,with a score of 12.00(10.75,15.00).Pregnant women with moderate pregnancy stress accounted for 14.35 %,with a score of 1.27(1.13,1.50).Pregnant women with severe pregnancy stress accounted for 0.99 %,with a score of 2.27(2.13,2.47).Age,education level, family monthly income, place of residence, occupation, sleep events during pregnancy, exercise, relationship with husband,parents,in-laws,and knowledge of pregnancy health care were compared. There were statistical differences in negative emotions of pregnant women(P < 0.05).2)The scores of perceived social support, general self-efficacy and resilience in positive psychological quality of pregnant women were 65.00(53.00,72.00),2.60(2.10,3.10)and 61.00(50.00,73.00),respectively.The social support level of most pregnant women is at the middle and high level, and only 3.96 % of pregnant women are at a low level of social support.Pregnant women with higher general selfefficacy accounted for 57.15 %.Only 346(13.71 %)pregnant women had an excellent level of resilience.3)Prenatal anxiety, depression and pregnancy stress of pregnant women were significantly negatively correlated with the three positive psychological qualities of pregnant women : perceived social support, general self-efficacy and resilience.4)Through the analysis of mediating effect test, the three positive psychological qualities of pregnant women ’s perceived social support, general self-efficacy and resilience have mediating effects between pregnant women ’s pregnancy stress and prenatal anxiety and depression. The mediating effects of these three positive psychological qualities on prenatal anxiety and depression are: perceived social support(13.21 %,12.24 %),general self-efficacy(5.59 %,5.20 %),resilience(13.21 %,10.71 %),among which the mediating effect of perceived social support is the largest. Conclusion: 1)In negative emotions, pregnant women with anxiety symptoms are more than those with depressive symptoms, and pregnant women generally have mild and above pregnancy stress.2)In the positive psychological level, pregnant women ’s perceived social support and general self-efficacy were at a high level;the level of psychological resilience is relatively poor.3)Negative emotions such as prenatal anxiety, prenatal depression and pregnancy stress were negatively correlated with positive psychological qualities such as perceived social support, general self-efficacy and resilience.4)Pregnant women ’s perceived social support, general self-efficacy,resilience and other positive psychological qualities have a partial mediating effect in the negative emotions of pregnant women, and the mediating effect results : perceived social support >resilience > general self-efficacy.
