related to novel COVID-19 infection and public health: The highest awareness rate of new corona-virus infection knowledge is 99.67%,the number of people who answer "strongly agree" with attitude is 71.86%,and the highest response rate of positive behavior is 82.33%.The highest awareness rate of public health-related laws and regulations was 96.2%,with knowledge scores of 15.0(13.0,16.0),attitude scores of 61.0(58.0,64.0),and behavior scores of 57.0(51.0,64.0).The highest score for knowledge of laws and regulations related to public health is the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the highest score for attitude is the Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergencies, and the highest score for behavior is the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.3.Analysis of the influencing factors of new COVID-19 infection and public health related laws and regulations: the difference in the scores of students of different majors and grades was statistically significant(P ?0.05),and the major was the common influencing factor of the new COVID-19 infection; The difference in the scores of public health-related laws and regulations of different majors and grades was statistically significant(P ?0.05),and the nature of Hukou was the influencing factors affecting the score of knowledge of public health-related laws and regulations, and gender and ethnicity were the common influencing factors affecting the scores of attitudes and behaviors of public health-related laws and regulations.4.Correlation analysis: there was a correlation between attitude to public health laws and regulations increased from 62.0(59.0,65.0)to 67.0(63.0,70.0);The scores of public health laws and regulations increased from 61.0(52.0,67.0)to 66.0(63.0,70.0),with statistically significant before and after the intervention. Conclusions: 1.College students in a medical college in Xinjiang have a relatively high knowledge and belief in novel corona-virus infection, indicating that the health education of the education authorities and schools on the new COVID-19 infection is timely and effective;the knowledge rate of public health laws and regulations of college students in a medical college in Xinjiang is low,and the relevant attitudes and behaviors are relatively positive,so health education should be strengthened to improve the conversion rate.2.Major and grade level are the key factors affecting the new COVID-19 infection and public health laws and regulations, and appropriate learning methods of public health laws and regulations should be formulated for medical students of different grades and majors, and different learning focuses should be considered to do a good job in entrance education.3.Through systematic educational
