Investigation And Intervention Research On Clinical Nurses’ Awareness Of Health-related Laws And Regulations

In clinical job, nurses are the groups who are most directly and closely in contact with patients. Whether the patient’s overall care or disposal of various clinical, nursing work is closely bound upa with life. With the changes of health concepts and medical patient’s, the patient’s needs, law awareness and rights protection are continually rising.The nursing services quality, attitude and the nurse-patient relationship are easier to exposure on the focus of attention. Clinical nurses, who have received medical education in our country, are lack of knowledge of the human science.[3]This research carried on in three third-grade a hospital in Taiyuan. On the basis of a large number of documents, we have designed experts-interviewing outline. After consultation with28experts twice, the questionnaires are desinged and sent out to510clinical nurses, and217nurses accept health-related legal training (after referred to as the Health Law). In the current, domestic health-related laws study on cognitive about clinical nurses are most qualitative analysis, this study aimed at understanding the clinical nurses’health-related laws cognitive status, and adopt qualitative and quantitative combination methods, analysis alroundly. To the level of health-related legal knowledge, using appropriate interventions, and to compare clinical nurse’health-related legal knowledge level before the intervention with the after.And analyze the relational influence factors to provide references to Health Law, improve clinical nurses in health-related legal cognitive level, and provide some solutions to reduce the nurse-patient disputes.
