Clinical Effect Of Jieyu Tianxiangdan In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Depression

Objective: To observe the degree of patients with coronary heart disease with depression after treatment.Method According to the normal discharge standard of this experiment,a total of 60 patients entered this experiment,and then all patients were divided into two groups,one group adopted conventional treatment,the other group applied conventional cardiovascular medication and Yu Tianxiangdan,the treatment time was about 28 days.Changes in the HAD scale,HAMD scale,TCM syndrome score,norepinephrine(NE),and dopamine(DA)levels were observed before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and was statistically significant when P <0.05.Results:After treatment,the results of HAMD scale and HAD scale in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment results.In terms of chest pain and chest tightness,it can be seen from our experimental results that the improvement in the treatment group was better and meaningful(P <0.05).After treatment,the NE and DA levels were improved in both the group with conventional treatment and the group with TCM application,and the DA improvement in the group was more significant(P <0.05),but the difference in NE level between the treatment group and the control group was small,and the difference was meaningless(P> 0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in this experiment.Conclusion: Jieyu Tianxiangdan is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression,which can not only improve the discomfort symptoms of coronary heart disease with depression,but also optimize the scale score,which is worth popularizing.
