Objective: To investigate the prevalence of anxiety and depression in cardiovascular patients in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital, the recognition of anxiety and depression by cardiologists,Influential factors of anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease and evaluation of the clinical effect of double heart treatment mode in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety. Methods: The study was divided into three parts: The first part:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the Cardiovascular Outpatient Clinic of the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The patients were enrolled with an anxiety and depression scale(HAMD and HAMA)and guided by a psychiatrist. To explore the prevalence of anxiety and depression and the recognition of anxiety and depression by cardiologists. The second part: 180 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mental Health Center were enrolled. The self-made "Basic Situation Questionnaire"(Appendix 1)was distributed to the enrolled patients to analyze coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.Factors affecting the barrier. The third part: Patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mental Health Center were selected.Patients with coronary heart disease meet the diagnostic criteria for the "diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease atherosclerotic heart disease" promulgated in China in 2010.The diagnosis of anxiety and depression mood disorder is in line with the International Neuropsychiatric Brief Interview Questionnaire(M.I.N.I)interview and the fifth edition(DSM-V)according to the American Statistical and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders.A total of 180 patients were enrolled. All patients with coronary heart disease were treated with conventional cardiology. The treatment group was treated with anti-anxiety and depression drugs(escitrex oxalate oxalate: Bailuote)on the basis of routine cardiovascular treatment. The usage is 5 mg/day orally,if there is no side effect, the amount is gradually increased after 3 days, and the therapeutic amount is 10-20 mg/day orally, and the therapeutic amount is maintained. After March, the relevant scale scores and clinical indicators at admission, first month, second month and third month were compared to evaluate the clinical effect of double heart treatment mode in treating coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression. The main statistical methods are: statistical analysis using SPSS21.0 software, comparison of counting data using chi-square test, measurement data using mean ± standard deviation, and repeated analysis of variance analysis, independent sample t test or paired sample t test P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:Part I: The prevalence of anxiety disorder in patients with coronary heart disease was 39.6%,the prevalence of depression was 21.7%,and the prevalence of anxiety and depression was18.4%.The recognition rate of anxiety and depression among patients with essential hypertension by cardiologists 26.0%.Part II: There was no significant difference in gender, age, education level, marital status, smoking history and drinking history between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but in the paid form(=5.752,P<0.05),visit The difference was statistically significant(=8.337,P<0.05).Part III: In the clinical effect study of double heart treatment,it was found that the degree of HAMA decline in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group(t=26.658,P<0.05),and the degree of HAMD decline was much higher than that in the control group(t=24.139,P<0.05);At the same time, the left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group increased significantly higher than the control group(t=6.423,P<0.05),and the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide decreased(t=2.200,P<0.05).The degree of decrease in hypersensitive C-reactive protein(t=2.429,P<0.05)and the decrease in creatine kinase isoenzyme(t=2.309,P<0.05)were significantly higher than those in the control group; The MORISKY compliance scale scores showed that the medication compliance of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=4.824,P<0.05);Comparative analysis of WHOQO-BREF quality of life scores: physiological field of treatment group(t=8.914,P<0.05),psychological field(t=6.626,P<0.05),social relationship field(t=4.991,P<0.05),environment The field(t=6.288,P<0.05)was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:1.The coronary heart disease patients in the Department of Cardiology of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital have a higher proportion of anxiety and depression, but the cardiologist has a lower rate of anxiety and depression.2.In the study of factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease,it was found that gender, age, education level, marital status, smoking history, drinking history and anxiety and depression were not related, but related to the form of payment and the number of visits.3.In the study of the clinical effect of double heart treatment,it was found that the patients in the treatment group had a significant effect in improving the anxiety and depression of the patients than the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction, creatine kinase isoenzyme,C-Reactive protein,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide and other indicators have better therapeutic effects, and medication compliance and quality of life are relatively good.
