| Objective:By studying the correlation between serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and serum albumin(ALB)and the TCM syndrome types of stable angina pectoris(SAP)of coronary heart disease(CHD),the application value of the two in the diagnosis of CHD was discussed, providing objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods:A total of 160 SAP patients with coronary heart disease meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Cardiovascular Disease Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2022,and 30 healthy control patients from physical examination centers and outpatient departments meeting the inclusion criteria.Basic information and related indicators were collected and recorded, then syndrome differentiation was conducted according to the four diagnosis information, and statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between ALP,ALB and SAP syndrome types of coronary heart disease.Results:1.A total of 157 SAP patients with coronary heart disease were included in this study, and 30 patients in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in smoking history between the two groups(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age and drinking history between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the ALP level of SAP group was higher than that of the control group, and the ALB level was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The distribution pattern of SAP syndrome of coronary heart disease was as follows:blood stasis syndrome(24.8%)>qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of(22.3%)>phlegm turbid occlusion syndrome(20.4%)>qi and yin deficiency syndrome(17.8%)>qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(14.6%).4.There were significant differences in the levels of TC,TG and UA among TCM syndrome groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in gender, age, past history, tobacco and alcohol history and other related indexes(P>0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the levels of ALP and ALB among different sex and age groups(P>0.05).6.There were significant differences in ALP levels among TCM syndrome groups(P<0.05),and the blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.7.Correlation analysis showed that ALP was positively correlated with Lp(a)(rs>0,P<0.05),and ALB was negatively correlated with age(rs<0,P<0.05).8.The area under the curve of the blood stasis syndrome was 0.690,and the sensitivity and specificity were 82.1% and 55.1% at the cut-off point72.5.The area under the curve of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was 0.641,and the sensitivity and specificity were 73.9% and 53.0% at the cut-off point 74.Conclusion:1.Serum ALP levels were higher and serum ALB levels were lower in SAP patients with coronary heart disease than in SAP patients without coronary heart disease.2.The majority of TCM syndromes in coronary heart disease SAP patients was the blood stasis syndrome, followed by the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm turbid occlusion syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. The levels of TC,TG and UA were higher in phlegm turbid occlusion syndrome. There was a significant correlation between ALP level and SAP syndrome type of coronary heart disease. The ALP level of each syndrome type was blood stasis syndrome>phlegm turbid occlusion syndrome>qi and yin deficiency syndro-me>qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome>qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.3.ALP level was positively correlated with Lp(a)level, and ALB level was negatively correlated with age.4.ALP level can predict SAP blood stasis syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. |
