Objective:Through a clinical study,to determine Wu Wei Zi decoction reduction’s clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi-yin deficiency)with anxiety state in coronary heart disease,to preliminary investigate its mechanism of action, and to offer concepts and strategies for the management of double heart disease. Methods:Sixty patients who attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into a test group and a control group using the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment plus flupirtine melitrexin tablets, while the test group was treated with Wu Wei Zi Tang plus reduction on top of the control group for a period of 3 weeks. The TCM evidence score and efficacy,SAS score,HAMA score and efficacy,SAQ score and nitroglycerin withdrawal rate were observed before and after treatment in both groups, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.TCM evidence points and efficacy: after treatment, the total TCM evidence points of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);and the total TCM evidence points of the test group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM evidence of the test group(85.19%)was higher than that of the control group(64.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.SAS score: After treatment, the total SAS score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);and the total SAS score of the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.HAMA score and efficacy: After treatment, the total HAMA score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);and the total HAMA score of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of HAMA of the test group(88.89%)was higher than that of the control group(67.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)4.SAQ score: After treatment, the SAQ scores of both groups were higher than the pre-treatment levels, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the SAQ scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05)5.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: After treatment, the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal in the test group(81.48%)was higher than that in the control group(60.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).6.Safety and adverse reactions: During the treatment period, the patient’s vital signs were stable and no significant abnormalities were observed in blood and urine routine and safety indicators such as liver and kidney function, and no adverse events occurred. Conclusion:Wu Wei Zi decoction and subtraction combined with western medicine is more effective than using western medicine alone in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary artery disease(Qi-Yin deficiency)with anxiety state, and is more beneficial in improving patients’ TCM symptoms and anxiety state, reducing angina pectoris symptoms, improving quality of life.
