Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Internal Resistance In Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety

Purpose:This study using Jiawei wendan tang in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris with anxious state,through the observation of the clinical symptoms and related indexes in patients with improvement,to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,by analyzing Jiawei wendan tang,traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of the "double heart disease to provide new ideas and methods.Material and method:January 2017 to December 2017 to liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and hospitalization,accord with phlegm and blood stasis resistance type with anxious state diagnosis of coronary heart disease stable angina 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group(Jiawei wendan tang + western medicine group)and control group(western medicine group),one month.Observe patient Seattle angina questionnaire scores,electrocardiogram curative effect,nitroglycerin stopped reducing rate,Hamilton anxiety scale scores and anxiety self-assessment scale score and TCM symptoms rating scale score.Results: 1.After treatment,the scores of the two groups of Seattle angina scale were significantly higher than those before the test,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).Comparison between groups,control group the angina pectoris symptoms(limited physical activity levels,stabilization state of angina,angina),treatment satisfaction score is lower than the experimental group,difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was 90.0% compared to 50.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).3.After the treatment,the two groups,the test group had a rate of 70.00% of nitroglycerin and the rate of 70.00% of nitroglycerin,and the loss of nitroglycerin is 33.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale in both groups were significantly lower than those before the test,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).Compared between the two groups,the test group scored lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).5.After treatment,the scores of the two groups of anxiety self-rating scale were significantly lower than before the test,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).Compared between the two groups,the test group scored lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).6.After treatment,the scores of the two groups of TCM symptom scores were significantly lower than those before the test,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).Compared between the two groups,the test group scored lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.01).Conclusion: 1.In the treatment of stable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,Jiawei wendan tang can obviously improve the symptoms of angina and improve the treatment satisfaction.2.In the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease,it can improve the electrocardiogram condition and improve myocardial ischemia.3.Jiawei wendan tang can obviously improve the psychological state of anxiety.4.Jiawei wendan tang can obviously improve the symptoms of TCM.
