Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupoint application in the treatment of sinus tarsi syndrome, and to explore its possible mechanism of action, this paper provides a new method and idea for the treatment of sinus tarsi syndrome.Method:From January 2021 to December 2022,105 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sinus tarsi syndrome were selected and included in the study, which were divided into 3 groups using random number table method, respectively, the experimental group, control groupⅠ,control group Ⅱ,the experimental group was given extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupoint application treatment, the extracorporeal control group Ⅰ was given extracorporeal shock wave therap, and the control group Ⅱ was given acupoint application treatment,15 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses. After the end of treatment, the changes of pain score VAS,AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score and total response rate before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:1.This study finally included a total of 100 patients with sinus tarsi syndrome, including 35 cases in the experimental group and 2 cases shed.In the control group Ⅰ 35 cases,1 case was excluded. In the control group Ⅱ,2 cases were excluded.Finally,33 cases were included in the analysis case trial group,34 cases in the control group Ⅰ,and 33 cases in the control group Ⅱ.2.The differences in age, sex, course and site of incidence between the three groups were not statistically significant, and were comparable.3.After treatment, the total effective rate of the three groups of patients was compared,93.9%in the experimental group,88.2%in the control group Ⅰ,and 87.8%in the control group Ⅱ,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group Ⅰ and the control group Ⅱ.The difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between control group Ⅰand control group Ⅱ.4.After treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the control group Ⅰ and the control group Ⅱ VAS scores.5.After treatment, the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot pain scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment. The AOFAS ankle-hindfoot pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in ankle-hindfoot pain scores between control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ AOFAS.6.After treatment, the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot daily life function scores of the three groups were significantly lower than before treatment. The AOFAS ankle-hindfoot daily living function scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group Ⅰ.and control group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the integration of ankle-hindfoot daily life functions between control group Ⅰ.and control group Ⅱ.7.After treatment, the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot joint range of motion scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. The AOFAS ankle-hindfoot joint range of motion score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ,and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the integration of ankle-hindfoot daily life functions between control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ.Conclusion:1.In the clinical treatment of sinus tarsi syndrome, patients feel that their symptoms are significantly reduced, and the stability of the ankle joint is improved, which significantly improves the quality of life of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.2.The efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupoint application in the treatment of sinus tarsi syndrome is significant, which is better than the application of extracorporeal shockwave therapy and acupoint application alone.
