Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the spinal fine-tuning method combined with carbon light in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to provide a basis as well as an effective plan for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Seventy-four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with qi stagnation and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were selected from January 2022 to December 2022 from the Department of Tui-Na I of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were divided into observation and control groups using the randomized number table method, with 37 cases in each group, and the observation group used the spinal fine-tuning method combined with carbon light, and the control group used the traditional oblique trigger method combined with carbon light, with 14 days as one course of treatment.A total of 2 courses of treatment were observed. The VAS scores,JOA scores, and TCM evidence points of the patients in the observation group and the control group were collected before and after treatment, and then analyzed by spss statistical software to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the spinal fine-tuning method combined with carbon light.Results:1.Shedding situation:74 patients were included in this study,2 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group withdrew during the treatment for personal reasons, which were considered as shedding cases, and 71 patients were finally statistically analyzed(35 cases in the observation group and 36 cases in the control group).2.General data:The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)when comparing the gender, age, and duration of the disease, and were comparable.3.VAS scores:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Within-group comparison after treatment:the VAS scores of both groups at different time points decreased compared with the previous time point, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between-group comparison:the difference between the VAS scores of the two groups at 2 weeks of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference between the VAS scores at 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.JO A scores:There was no statistically significant difference between the JOA scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.Within-group comparison after treatment:the JOA scores of the two groups at different time points increased compared with the previous time point, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between-group comparison:the difference between the JOA scores of the two groups at 2 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the JOA scores at 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Chinese medicine evidence points:before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.Within-group comparison after treatment:the TCM syndrome points of the two groups at different time points decreased compared with the previous time point, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between-group comparison:the difference between the TCM syndrome points of the two groups at 2 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the TCM syndrome points at 4 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Efficacy:①Comparison of total effective rate:the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3 3%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).②Comparison of apparent healing rate:the apparent healing rate of the observation group was 62.86%,and the apparent healing rate of the control group was 38.88%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety:There were no abnormalities in the four major vital signs of patients in both groups, and no adverse events such as rash, scar, soft tissue injury, skin breakage or fracture occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Compared with the traditional oblique trigger method combined with carbon light, the spinal fine-tuning method combined with carbon light has more advantages in reducing the pain symptoms and improving the function of the lumbar spine in patients with LDH with qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.Compared with the traditional oblique trigger method combined with carbon light, the spinal micro-adjustment method combined with carbon light is more effective in improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine.3.The spinal micro-adjustment method combined with carbon light is safe and worthy of clinical application.
