| OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect between using Yaotuitong Keli along with Xue weitifu and using Yaotuitong Keli only in treating Qi-stagnation and the blood stasis 1 unmber disc herniation.METHODS:Gather 70 patients who suffer from lumber disc herniation according to t he inclusive criteria and the exclusive criteria strictly.Then the patients are randomly divided into two different groups(the experimental group and the control group).35 patients for each,during the treating period,there are 6 patients fall off in the experi mental group,finishing 29 while the number of control group is 2,finishing 33.Colle cting the data of these 66 patients.And then analyze the data collected forehand by m eans of the statistical software.Compare the basic index first(age,gender,initial dat a etc.),and the result shows that the basic index between two group has no statistic al differences,which means this two group is comparable(P>0.05).The patients in e xperimental group are treated with Yaotuitong Keli along with Xueweitiefu while the patients in control group are treated with Yaotuitong Keli only(Ingredients of Yaotuit ong Keli:hyssop 15g,angelica sinensis 12g,radix paeoniae albal5g,liquorice 9g,cassia t wig 9g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 12g,Caulis spatholobi 15g,scorpion 6g,common clubmoss her b 15g,Poria cocos 15g,coridalis Yanhusuo 12g,Dried tangerine or orange peel 9g,Conti nous Bi Xie 20g,alisma 9g,pimedium 15g,The dog ridge 10g,papaya 15g,windl0g,asaru m 2g.Usage;3 times per day,6 hours per time,remove it before sleep)(Ingredients of Xueweitiefu:radix paeoniae rubra lOg angelica 15g raw radix rehmanniae 15g coridal is Yuan hu 15g dragon’s blood 6g frankincenselOg myrrh lOg red flowers lOg rhubarb lOg turmeric 10g turtle shell lOg Kudzu root lOg Red kojic rice lOg rice bean 15g.Usage:Paste it at the point which is the middle point of the T12L1 intervertebral disc and the L5S1 intervertebral disc).Collect the data after treatment for 1 period(2 wee ks)with SPSS 22.0 and then analyse.RESULT:Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms are significantly improved in both the experimental group and the control group,(which means low back pain,leg pain and/or stinging pain,gait and VAS score have changed positively)And then compare the effect between two groups,finding that the experimental group can do much better(P<0.05).Also in signs,there is still significant difference between the t wo groups(P<0.05)besides sensory disability which has not.The quality of life score shows that the data of every single part in the experimental group are superior to the control one,which means the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The tota 1 JOA score and the TCM signs score are also be proved that there are significant di fferences between two groups and the effective rate of JOA in experimengtal group is significantly higher than that of the control group.CONCLUSION:The results showed that the combination of the two drugs for patients can control the pain well in the short-term and the overall treatment effect is more e ffcient.That means they can make the patient rehabilitate and exercise as soon as po ssible.The clinical treatment effect is remarkable. |
