Research On Government Regulation Of Medical Cosmetology Industry In Wenzhou

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the increasing demand of the masses for medical care,the medical plastic surgery industry has been developing continuously.Wenzhou is located in the Yangtze River Delta region,and its economic level develops rapidly.With the spiritual pursuit of the common people,the demand for beauty and body beauty increases.Wenzhou has dozens of new skin management,beauty salons and plastic surgery hospitals every year,and the industry is developing vigorously.Behind the prosperity of the market,the increase of profit seekers,medical beauty industry abuses also gradually revealed,such as illegal business,drug problems,false advertising and other chaos,on the harmonious development of society and people’s life and health have caused a bad impact.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize medical cosmetology industry.Based on the common problems existing in the medical cosmetology industry of Wenzhou city as the research background,from the perspective of government regulation,using literature method,interview method and other research methods,this paper discusses the relevant problems and reasonable suggestions of the standardized development of the medical cosmetology industry of Wenzhou City.Centering on government regulation,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of government regulation of Wenzhou medical beauty industry,and concludes that the main problems in government regulation of Wenzhou medical beauty industry are four aspects,namely,the difficulty in regulating the medical beauty industry,the loopholes in industry access regulation,the lack of supervision,and the limited means of supervision.Secondly,the reasons for the problems in the supervision of the medical beauty industry are analyzed,mainly for the government’s insufficient attention to the development of the medical beauty industry,the construction of the supervision team is insufficient,the responsibility of the regulatory body is not clear,and the supervision mechanism is not perfect.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the supervision of medical cosmetology industry in Wenzhou,that is,to improve the relevant laws and regulations of the industry,strengthen the construction of the supervision team,improve the supervision mechanism of the industry,and create a social supervision environment.
