Objective:To analyze the correlation between different renal function status and abnormal thyroid function. Methods:A total of 817 patients with renal insufficiency who were hospitalized in the Kidney Disease Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected, and their detailed general data and examination results were collected.Mongensen staging was used to classify the subjects into four groups, and then the general clinical data characteristics between groups were compared.Binary logistic analysis was used to analyze the corresponding changes of hypothyroidism under the four renal function states, that is,whether the four groups were independent risk factors for hypothyroidism; The relationship between 24 h UMA and eGFR was analyzed. Results:Among the 817 patients, the positive rate of 24 h UMA≥30mg/24 h was 83.5% in 682 patients, and eGFR≤90ml/min was 68.2% in 557 patients.228(27.9%)workers had abnormal thyroid function. There were significant differences in age, white blood cell,Hb A1 c,albumin,LDL-C,TG,uric acid, urea, creatinine and presence or absence of hypothyroidism among the four groups(all P<0.05).The probability of hypothyroidism in microalbuminuria group, macroalbuminuria group and renal insufficiency group increased3.0 times,4.6 times and 5.2 times with the deepening of the degree of renal function damage, respectively.Age,creatinine,TG,albumin,Hb A1 c and hypothyroidism all had certain influence on the increase of 24 h UMA.Age,creatinine and uric acid all had a certain effect on the decrease of eGFR.Conclusions:Among 817 subjects, the positive rate of24 h UMA,eGFR and thyroid dysfunction was 83.5%,68.2% and 27.9%,respectively.There were significant differences in hypothyroidism among the four groups. With the deepening of the degree of renal function damage, the probability of hypothyroidism also increased.Hypothyroidism had a certain effect on the increase of 24 h UMA,but had no effect on the decrease of eGFR.
