Clinical Observation Of Coix Seed Seed Combined With Leflunomide In Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To observe whether the clinical effect of leflunomide(treatment group)and leflunomide(control group)in rheumatoid arthritis(R heumatoid arthritis,RA).Methods:the institute into the cases are from the Xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatology inpatient patients,time for January 2022 to February 2023,the diagnosis of cold dampness type rheumatoid arthritis patients with a total of 74 cases,according to the random number table method is divided into two groups,coix double rattan soup combined leflunomide for treatment group,alone take leflunomide as the control group,treatment group and control group of 37 cases,the two groups are treated for 4 weeks.The visual simulation scale(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS),health evaluation questionnaire(Health Assessment Questionnaire,HAQ),condition evaluation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(DAS 28-ESR score),TCM symptom classification quantification table,efficacy determination of TCM syndrome,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP),and the statistical effect were compared.Results: The total response rate of the treatment group was 96.30%(26 /27),the total response rate of the control group was 68.8%(22 / 32),and the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).The blood indexes(ESR and CRP)were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the level in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores changed in both groups,suggesting that the treatment scores were lower(P <0.05)and the control group decreased less than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of RA can reduce the expression level of ESR and CRP in patients,significantly relieve the joint pain symptoms of patients,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
