Objective: Successfully established the rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM,to explore the monkshood soup to the rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM effects,as monkshood Soup in clinical widely used to provide experimental basis.Method:(1)30 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and model + wind chill group.Model + the wind cold dampness experiments on the first day began to accept the wind cold dampness stimulus(wind speed of 5 m/s,temperature 0-2 ?,relative humidity 90-95%),45 days in a row,15 th day model group and the model + the AIA building wind cold dampness group,blank group and model group to continue normal breeding environment.Observe the mental state of rats every day and record the general condition of rats(body mass,foot swelling and foot swelling score)every three days,and end the experiment to 45 days.(2)The 50 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,model + aconite soup group,model + wind chill group and model + wind chill + wu tou soup group.Model + wind cold dampness,wind cold dampness group and the model of aconite decoction on the first day of the experiments to accept the wind cold dampness stimulus(wind speed of 5 m/s,temperature 0-2 ?,relative humidity 90-95%),45 days in a row,15 th day model + aconite decoction group,model group,the model,the wind cold dampness group,the model and the wind cold dampness + aconite decoction group of AIA building,and model + aconite decoction group and the model,the wind cold dampness + aconite decoction group began to monkshood soup to fill the stomach,to 45 days end of the experiment,the blank group and model group normal breeding environment.Observe the mental state of rats every day,and record the general condition of rats every three days(body mass,foot swelling and foot swelling score)until the end of the 45-day experiment.Line big abdomen aortic blood,centrifugal,rheumatoid factor(RF),c-reactive protein(CRP)and Anti-CCP antibody(Anti-CCP)detection,inflammatory cytokines(IL-1 ?,IL-17,TNF-?)experiment,rats foot line after pathological,observe rat hind limb synovial tissue morphological lesion.Result:(1)(1)After accepting the wind cold dampness stimulation and AIA building,mental state of rats shrivelling,exercise less,color yellow,MAO tai erect,diet drink significantly reduce the amount of water,runny stool,ear margin with red knot knot,purple sublingual vein stasis,rat tail roots have a canker,late experimental rats foot deformity,etc.(2)Compared with the model group,the quality of the rats in the model + wind chill group decreased,and the swelling and foot score significantly increased,with significant difference.It shows that rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM is successful.(2)(1)After accepting the wind cold dampness stimulation and AIA building,mental state of rats shrivelling,exercise less,color yellow,MAO tai erect,diet drink significantly reduce the amount of water,runny stool,ear margin with red knot knot,purple sublingual vein stasis,rat tail roots have a canker,late experimental rats foot deformity,etc.(2)Compared with the blank group,model group and model group + wind cold dampness rats significantly lower body quality,foot swelling and sufficient score increased obviously,there are significant differences in the rat serum inflammation infiltration,foot pathological synovial tissue lesions,obviously show that rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM is successful.(3)Compared with model group,the model + aconite decoction group and the model,the wind cold dampness + aconite decoction group rats increased body mass,the foot swelling and sufficient score decreased obviously,there are significant differences in the rat serum inflammatory factor levels decreased significantly,mild foot pathological synovial tissue pathological changes,shows that monkshood soup has obvious therapeutic effects on rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM.Conclusions: Monkshood soup to the rheumatoid arthritis of wind cold dampness certification based on animal models integrate of disease and syndrome in TCM has obvious therapeutic effects,could be released by reducing inflammation factors,protection from damage to bone,monkshood soup in widely used provide scientific experimental basis for clinical,conducive to the promotion of monkshood soup in clinical.
