| Objective:In order to understand the current situation of social support for patients with diabetes and hypertension in Shenzhen,explore the influence of social support on the lifestyle and disease control of patients with diabetes and hypertension,improve the lifestyle and disease control of the population through improving social support,and provide evidence support and relevant suggestions.Methods:This study adopted the questionnaire survey and multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method.The survey sites were Nanshan District,Futian District and Longgang District of Shenzhen,Guangdong Province.1252 patients with hypertension and diabetes who were 35 years old and above and had been under the management of basic public health services in community health service centers for more than one year were selected as subjects for questionnaire survey and physical measurement.χ~2inspection using SPSS26.0 statistical software,using binary Logistic regression analysis of social support influence on lifestyle and disease control.Results:1.Basic characteristics of the research object.58.4%of patients with diabetes and hypertension had high overall level of social support,among which 1229(98.2%)had high intensity of material support,892(71.2%)had high intensity of information support,1205(96.2%)had high intensity of emotional support,and 1029(82.2%)had high intensity of other support.In terms of life style,270 people(21.5%)had a high overall level of life style,33.7%(422/1252)of the respondents had reduced their intake of oil,salt and sugar,and 28.6%(358/1252)of the respondents met the standard of vegetable and fruit intake.55.8%(698/1252)of the subjects met the physical activity standard,13.3%(167/1252)were non-smokers,92.4%(1157/1252)were non-drinkers,and 68.2%(854/1252)were adequate sleepers.According to the disease control survey,766 people(61.2%)were under disease control.2.Influencing factors of lifestyle and disease control.Logistic regression analysis of adjusted confounders showed that the overall level of social support(OR=4.693,95%CI:3.280～6.717),information support(OR=3.667,95%CI:2.428～5.536),emotional support(OR=11.681,95%CI:1.592～85.711),other support(OR=3.721,95%CI:2.208～6.270)The higher the intensity,the higher the overall level of life style.In terms of each dimension of life style,the overall level of social support(OR=2.416,95%CI:1.862～3.136),material support(OR=3.470,95%CI:1.015～11.867),information support(OR=1.842,95%CI:1.384～2.453),emotional support(OR=5.517,95%CI:1.947～15.632),other support(OR=2.221,95%CI:1.557～3.168)the higher the intensity,the higher the reduction ratio of oil,salt and sugar intake;Overall level of social support(OR=2.931,95%CI:2.300～3.734),information support(OR=2.607,95%CI:1.888～3.600),emotional support(OR=2.679,95%CI:1.117～6.426),the higher the other support intensity(OR=2.341,95%CI:1.587～3.453),the higher the proportion of adequate vegetable intake;Overall level of social support(OR=2.931,95%CI:2.300～3.734),information support(OR=3.071,95%CI:2.355～4.003),emotional support(OR=3.940,95%CI:1.959～7.925),other support(OR=1.586,95%CI:1.175～2.141)the higher the intensity,the higher the proportion of physical activity reaching the standard;The higher the intensity of substance support(OR=3.419,95%CI:1.142～10.241),the higher the proportion of abstaining from alcohol.The higher the intensity of physical support(OR=2.399,95%CI:1.023～5.626),the higher the proportion of adequate sleep.In terms of disease control,the higher the overall level of social support(OR=1.667,95%CI:1.309～2.123),the intensity of information support(OR=1.303,95%CI:1.004～1.690),and the intensity of other support(OR=1.457,95%CI:1.080～1.966),The higher the rate of disease control.Conclusion:1.Social support has an impact on life style and disease control of patients with diabetes and hypertension.2.The use of social support may help to improve the lifestyle and disease control of patients with diabetes and hypertension and improve their health level. |
