| Objective:To understand the status quo of perceived pressure, dyadic coping and quality of life in T2DM patients, analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in diabetic patients, and explore the mediating role of dyadic coping relationship in the relationship between perceived pressure and quality of life in diabetic patients,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life in diabetic patients in the future. Methods:A total of 234 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the endocrinology wards of two Grade A hospitals in Shenyang from October 2021 to April2022.General data questionnaire, the Perceived Stress Scale, the Dyadic Coping Inventory and the Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale for diabetic patients were used to investigate the general status, perceived stress, dyadic coping and quality of life of T2DM patients.SPSS27.0 software was used to analyze the data, and AMOS 28.0 software was used to construct the structural equation model of perceived stress, dyadic coping and quality of life. When necessary, the model was modified to analyze the relationship among the three.Results:1.A total of 234 valid questionnaires were recovered in this study, and the effective recovery rate was 95.00%.The total score of quality of life in T2DM patients was(51.89±10.27)points,and the overall score was at a medium level, the total score of perceived stress was(32.75±4.24)points,the score of dyadic coping was(123.91±18.55)points.2.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the quality of life among T2DM patients with different genders, ages, occupations, per capita monthly income, course of disease and number of complications(P<0.05).3.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the perceived stress of T2DM patients was positively correlated with the total score of quality of life(P<0.001),and negatively correlated with the total score of dyadic coping, stress communication, supportive dyadic coping, authorized coping and joint coping(P<0.001),positively correlated with negative dyadic coping(P<0.001).4.Construct a structural equation model with patients’perceived stress as an exogenous variable, dyadic coping as an intermediary variable, and the quality of life of diabetic patients as an endogenous variable. The results show that the final fitting indicators of the models are:NC(x~2/df)=2.669,RMSEA=0.071,GFI=0.934,AGFI=0.993,NFI=0.939,CFI=0.960,IFI=0.942.The results of the mediation relationship analysis of the model show that the total effect of perceived stress on quality of life is-2.085,the perceived stress directly affects the quality of life of T2DM patients, and the direct effect is-0.660,and the perceived stress indirectly affects the survival of patients through the mediation effect of dyadic coping Mass, with an indirect effect of-1.425.Conclusion:1.The quality of life of T2DM patients is at the middle level, and the family per capita monthly income, perceived pressure and dyadic coping ability are the influencing factors of the quality of life.2.Perceived stress in patients with type 2 diabetes is negatively correlated with dyadic coping and quality of life, and dyadic coping is positively correlated with quality of life.3.Perceived stress can directly affect the quality of life of patients, and can also indirectly affect the quality of life of patients through dyadic coping.Dyadic coping plays a significant mediating role between perceived stress and quality of life. |
