Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Through consulting the literature to collect the clinical application information of Fuzi Decoction, using data analysis technology to analyze and sort out the relevant data of Fuzi Decoction, combined with the tutor ’s clinical use of this decoction in the treatment of rheumatic diseases medical records,to explore the application characteristics of Fuzi Decoction in clinical practice,in order to provide clearer treatment ideas for the clinical use of Fuzi Decoction and improve the efficacy.Method:1.The relevant literatures of Fuzi Decoction included in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases from January 1,1980 to January 1,2022 were searched for reading, screening and collation.2.For the screened literatures, the disease name, symptoms, dosage of prescription, tongue and pulse were extracted and entered into Excel, and the frequency, proportion and complex network analysis were performed.3.Combined with the medical records of rheumatic diseases treated with Fuzi Decoction, the results were analyzed and discussed, and summarized.Result:1.A total of 6085 literatures were retrieved, including 889 literatures conforming to the clinical application of Fuzi Decoction.Through reading the abstract and article content,63 literatures conforming to the criteria were selected, including 109 medical records,involving40 types of disease diagnosis.2.Fuzi decoction is mainly used to treat diseases: arthralgia syndrome, chest paralysis, and abdominal pain during pregnancy;secondary diseases are: low back pain, edema, palpitation, and defecation;Fuzi decoction is mainly used to treat diseases: limb meridian syndrome, gynecological syndrome, cardiac syndrome, and spleen and stomach hepatobiliary syndrome;and the rest are general treatment diseases.3.the general condition of patients with Fuzi decoction: 55.05% were male and 44.95%were female, which were more common in male patients.Age distribution: The age groups of40 ~ 59 years old and 60 ~ 79 years old accounted for 73.58%.4.Core tongue and vein disease analysis results: According to frequency analysis, the main symptoms of Fuzi decoction in clinical application were: fear of cold and warmth, hand and foot are not warm, joint pain;the secondary symptoms were: fatigue, anorexia, loose stools;tongue: pale tongue accounted for the largest proportion,58.62%;tongue coating: white fur accounted for the largest proportion,43.01%;pulse: thin pulse was the most common,35.05%.According to complex network analysis, the core symptoms of Fuzi Decoction were as follows(listed from largest to smallest according to degree values): fear of cold and warmth, unwarm hands and feet, poor appetite, loose stools, fatigue, and arthralgia;the core pulse was: thin pulse;and the core tongue image was: pale tongue with white fur.5.the commonly used doses of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata in different disease syndromes: limb meridian disease syndromes: 30 g and 12 g;spleen and stomach hepatobiliary disease syndromes: 15 g and 10 g;heart disease syndromes: 15 g and 10 g;gynecological disease syndromes: 30 g and 15 g;and other disease syndromes: 30 g and 6 g.Most commonly used doses are between 10 g and 30 g.The commonly used dose of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata in different disease syndromes was significantly different(P < 0.01).6.Fuzi decoction is mainly added with drugs: Astragalus membranaceus,Guizhi, and Radix Glycyrrhizae;secondary added drugs are: Zingiber officinale,Asarum,Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Achyranthes bidentata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Duhuo,Psoralea corylifolia,Zingiber officinale,Boswellia,Myrrh Deficiency drugs and blood-activating and stasisdissipating drugs are more common.7.The tutor uses Fuzi Decoction to treat rheumatism based on syndrome differentiation in clinical practice, which is consistent with the characteristics of clinical application of Fuzi Decoction syndrome analyzed in the literature, with significant effect.Conclusion:1.Fuzi decoction has a wide range of clinical applications, and has the opportunity of use in internal, external, gynecological and pediatric departments,of which it is most commonly used in limb meridian syndrome, gynecological syndrome, spleen and stomach hepatobiliary syndrome, and cardiac syndrome. The patient population was more common in middle-aged and elderly male patients.2.the indications for the clinical application of Fuzi decoction are: fear of cold and warmth, unwarm hands and feet, anorexia, loose stools, fatigue, arthralgia, thin pulse, and pale tongue with white fur.3.Different doses of aconite have different indications for different diseases, among which the commonly used doses are higher in limb meridian diseases and gynecological diseases.4.the added drugs of Fuzi Decoction are more common in tonic drugs and bloodactivating and stasis-dissipating drugs, indicating that Fuzi Decoction often has discomfort such as blood stasis and pain while treating yang deficiency as the main disease syndrome.
